My card was fraudulently used 3 times back to back in this store. Store #3500. 3 times INLESSTHAN10 minutes. My bank notified me after blocking the 3rd transaction and I recovered my funds. I could not settle for this because crooks are getting away with stealing from hard working people. I called the«Cash Office» with all the fraud information needed for them to immediately research the problem and check the footage, my details, etc. Yet, nothing. The«Cash Office» showed ZEROINTEREST in resolving this. MAKESYOUWONDERWHO’S REALLYCOMMITTINGTHEFRAUD. Wow. Thanks. Never again will I shop at Walmart. Thank you so much Keyana. You were so helpful!!!

This store really sucks the one on i-10 is just as bad. They never have anything in Stock, the department managers are lazy and always say they never have items in the back without checking. Terrible service. Only good thing is the prices and location convenience.

The store was not clean and things were everywhere BUT, the customer service was great. Through it all they took time out to help me find what I was looking for. I really appreciate the help and this is all the time. They still had proud in helping me and that was awesome.

Wow where do I start, my husband went in today to purchase a bike for our sons birthday, purchased the bike and got a 2 year warranty. Started to leave and realized he didn’t receive a receipt. He walked back to the cashier and asked for a receipt, and the cashier couldn’t find his purchase. So my husband had to wait over an hour while managers«looked at the camera» to see if he purchased the bike. Well they didn’t look at their cameras. And then proceeded to tell him that he had to leave the bike there, until they find his purchase in their system. Even when we have proof on our bank statement. We refused to leave the bike there, we know we purchased the bike! They can jot down all our information if they want! We know we are in the right. So disappointed in you Walmart.

Ugh! Anyone whose read my reviews before knows I will slam Wal-Mart in a minute because I DONOT like the place at all. If it’s not the long lines, it’s the kids running around tearing up the aisles. If it’s not bad butt kids, it’s rude employees. It’s just not a place a prefer to spend my time and my money. Therefore, I was disappointed that I passed up the HEB and had to get my shopping done here unless I wanted to go out of my way to drive. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I shopped at this Wal-Mart location. There were quite a few lanes open – one which happened to open up when I got in line. The shelves were stocked and organized pretty well, and wild kids were either in school or at home because the children were quite tame on my visit – thank goodness. The employees were very sweet too. I had just given blood that day and when I pulled up my sleeve, I caught the bandage at the same time and said, «Ouch.» The cashier asked if i was okay. I explained to her the situation, which we had a big laugh about at the end, but I appreciated her humanity. Besides the location having a pretty full parking lot in the middle of the day and the restroom needing a little attention, I could actually ALMOST see myself shopping at Wal-Mart again – in a crisis – but at least I won’t cringe at the thought of having to go inside of one if i need to!

I have a love/hate relationship with Walmart. Love their prices, hate that they are always packed. So I try going really early in the morning to pick up what I need. But, even then the last few times I’ve went– 1. Twice when I could actually find someone to ask for assistance, they couldn’t speak English.(Shouldn’t that be a requirement???) 2. By the time I was ready to check out, the lines were so long(because at 5:30am they only have 2 lanes open) Ugh. But once again, they offer competitive pricing, so…

Only go here between 3 and 7 am… otherwise you will be left to wonder why, just why you felt you needed to go to Wally World. This is my local Wal-mart and although it is convienent, it neither very clean or staffed with friendly people. If I stop here, it is usually early in the AM after the gym so I can run in and get a few items and get the heck out!

This is a typical WAl-MArt; long lines, slow service, difficulty getting someone to help you. It is painfully obvious that their staff is very unhappy and probably treated badly. They are a big company so I guess they think they dont need to treat people like humans. I remember back in the day when Wal-Mart was the cheapest and nicest places to go; it is opposite. Today WM are getting more and more expensive(same or more than Kroger on many items) and dirty, stinky, overcrowded, and unsafe parking lots. The cashiers don’t smile, the bakery people take forever to help you. REALLY? Treat your employees like they matter, pay them better and your store will come up fast I am SURE of it! We should all ask Wal-Mart to pay their employees more!!!

it’s sad that I have to wait 20 minutes on hold to talk to the electronics dept. at Wal-Mart. This is EVERY Wal-Mart. But that’s what you get with underpaid staff. Wal-Mart is a necessary EVIL. I HATEYOUWAL-MART!!!
