Worst place ever. I went on 12/28/2015 at 9:55pm to purchase the 4 for $ 4 meal and the drive through worker Israel was very rude. The manager was just as rude. I wanted to substitute a frosty for the small drink and was told the rules indicated it was not possible. I must mention I have done this at previous Wendy’s locations with no problem. I proceeded to tell the member he could charge me the difference and he said it was not possible. It does not take a rocket scientist to know that the cost of a small drink is 0.99 cents and the cost of a small frosty is 0.99 cents. Substitution should not be a problem. So the company lost money because the workers were too uneducated to know that the company was not losing any money on the substitution. You lose money when you have workers that lack education. I took a picture of the worker because he was very smug and had a bad attitude. He smiled for the picture, which shows how obnoxious he is.

The interior is modern and well designed. The only problem is that the employees are absolutely corrupt and lazy. They were leaving tables uncleaned and trash on the floor. The employees had a lot of time for their smartphones and cigarette breaks, however. Fast food quality but grill to order time. A classic case of loonies running the asylum. This location needs an sting-like inspection by the Corporate office.

Haven’t had anything terrible from here but it’s fast food so I can’t give it more than a 3. The parking/driving area is congested but manageable. The staff is always friendly. If I want fast food this is the place I go! The dollar menu is where it’s at.

Walked in to an employee yelling and nobody at the cash register. Food was fine but I didn’t exactly feel safe in there.

Went to this Wendy’s 12÷1÷14, Ordered through the drive-thru but had to go in bc the burger they gave Me in the drive-thru looked as if it was given to someone else before Me & they refused it, When I went inside the floor was SO Sticky & Dirty that My shoes were almost pulled off, a guy attempted to assist Me & he did NOT throw away the burger that I brought back in & he started making another burger for me WITHOUTANYGLOVESON while the Manager stood right by him, I requested My Money back & then got cheated bc I was refunded less than what I originally Paid. I Told the Manager that the Employees are Unsanitary & the floor was Totally Nasty! This Wendy’s was Nice & Clean several months back but I believe the Management has since Changed & is Horrible!!!

I’m proud to award the 1st place for worst Wendy’s in Houston. My order was simple; two cheese burgers, fries and a diet coke… First I asked if the coke had light ice, the associate said yes… hmmm, I felt BS’ed since i didn’t ask for light ice, second; the food was given to me in a damped paper bag, the associate noticed this and placed the bag inside another bag, I questioned it and the associate said«oh, its because it was sitting by the soda machine». So effen what??? Lastly, both cheese burgers appeared like they have been sitting on the counter since two weeks ago, the bread was tough and the cheese had dried old edges. This place sucks big time, I won’t be going back there ever…

The cashier wasn’t there when I arrived and only came to the counter after I stood there for about 5 minutes. She rudely asked what I wanted and I ordered the English breakfast tea. She looked at me like I was from Mars then snottily responded«Um I’ll see if we have that.» So I stood there another 10 minutes as a line grew behind me. Finally she returned only to start taking the man behind me’s order. Then once she finishes with him she gives me the tea and rings me up. It was rather awkward. I took my half filled tea and went to sit in the corner of the restaurant while I was waiting for my car to be washed. All of the sudden I feel something stinging my foot. I look down and there are ANTS all over the place. OMG disgusting. I HATE ants as I am allergic. I have a panic attack and decided to get the heck out of dodge. I won’t be returning. Come on Wendy’s, you used to be better than this. All that renovating to a nice new building for nothing, so disappointing.

Wow, Wendy’s. Did you REALLY design a trip hazard RIGHTINSIDETHEFRONTDOOR??! On a recent visit here, as my wife and I entered separately, we BOTH tripped here. Candidly, this is something you all need to remedy, and soon.

Went with the Family to eat at a decent looking atmosphere Wendy’s, we did find a newly restored Wendy’s but the employees really made it look bad. The cashier didn’t acknowledged the fact that I was ready to order and was more worried to run out and hide from the cameras to talk on the phone. The tables were very dirty and had a smell of old dirty socks. I recommend nobody to eat here, not even because the outside looks new and pretty!

These people are fucking useless human beings. Ordered through the drive thru… Paid for my order… Received half of my order, and presented my receipt inside to rectify the problem… Ordered all over again, and received half of my fucking order again. Fucking ridiculous.

I love Wendy’s but they are rude in the drive thru at night. I pulled up at 11:30pm to order and girl in the window just was rushing me. I mean you could hear it in her voice yelling at me what size and what kind of drink. I just said your rude and pulled off. I’ll go to the one on shepherd and 610, they are way more polite.

Just ordered an Asiago Ranch Chicken Sandwich with no tomatoes and just got home to find tomatoes and no bacon. I’ll think twice about where I get my late night snack from now on.

I drive along shepherd everyday. And lately I just can’t help but to notice the billboards for the Pretzel bacon cheeseburgers. I see the commercials on TV too. I must say their ad dollars at least paid off on me. It made me stop in there for lunch. I got one of their highly advertised sandwiches, and must say it’s pretty darn tasty. It’s probably one of the better fast food burgers around. Bonus are the vanilla frostys.

Man!!! What a delicious sandwhich! Delicious fries! Frosty! Etc. Etc. Its a crying shame that the service(and by service I mean the drive-thru…THEDAMNDRIVE-THRU) is sooo lousy. A mere request for ketchup is received with obvious contempt; and heaven forbid you make a request after your«complete» order has crossed the threshold of the window– suddenly this«delicate genius» of Wendy’s employees either flat out ignore you or make you feel like you just murdered Gandhi for daring to disturb them. Oh and your order will ALWAYS be wrong…

I read a review in Time praising the fries and burger at Wendy’s. Well I haven’t been in a long time and decided to drop by the Wendy’s on Durham. I’m not prejudiced in the least. What I am is hard of hearing and for the life of me I couldn’t understand much of what the inside counter lady was saying. She had a very thick accent and I would have liked to have been able to understand her a little better. But that’s not why they get a lone star. The food was really bad. The bun was cold, the meat was luke warm, and the fries were cold and greasy. You know how when you bite into something fried and then take a drink of a cold beer and the grease just coats your mouth? Well these fries did it without a beer. I went to a Wendy’s near my house and it was pretty good. Fries were crisp, not greasy, burger was well cooked and fresh… So I know you can do it, you just couldn’t do it for me that day. Oh, and you have to go ask the counter for a refill. You have to wait till they see you and ask for a refill. Come on. Don’t be so cheap. And the TV was showing Wendy shows. I don’t really need a TV fix when I’m in for FASTFOOD, but please don’t barrage me with Wendy ads on the flat screen.

This is my go-to for a quick hamburger and fries. I always roll through the drive-thru because is fast and i’m ready to head home.
