This Wendy’s can go fuck themselves. It’s that bad. Honestly, I wish I could give this Wendy’s no stars and it’s a shame because I love Wendy’s food. But tonight Wendy’s lost a customer. As I order for my food at the drive through I proceed to the window to pay and get my food. As we approach, some people approach the cashier at the window, at first my husband and I didn’t think much of it but after almost 20 minutes of waiting I started to realize they were ordering food. They were chatting it up with the cashier. I couldn’t believe the amount of disrespect I felt from both the cashier and the people. I mean I’m waiting in my car while they are in front of me like this is completely normal just standing at the window, just ordering and chatting. Instead of getting out the car and making a whole scene, I simply drove off. I wish the cashier would of explained to the customer that he had customer already waiting in cars if he could simply stand to the side and let him clear the line. there was already someone behind as well and I knew they probably were like what is taking so long. I felt as if the cashier simply didn’t care that I have been waiting for almost a century. The customer service here is unbelievably horrible after this experience I don’t think I’ll ever go back. Straighten up your staff or get a new one. Because whatever you are doing, clearly isn’t working.

Suck ass service. The cashier gave me wrong change back so I let her know. Took another 5 minutes for her to stupidly talk to another lady in Spanish to ask me to pull up and park so they can get my change. Fk that. Not worth it.

Sucks is all I can say people food and service. This Wendy’s has really gone down. It used to be one of my favorite places. There is so much competition in the area now I would think they would work harder and smarter rather than act as if you are doing them a favor by stopping by. Chick fila had a looooooooooooong line of customers, Carl Jr, was busy, Whataburger was poppin and no customers at Wendy’s. I chose Wendy’s because they were not busy thinking I could get good service and get in and out in no time. Not the case. Wendy’s management should really look at why in this busy area of town, at lunch they are not generating any business. People it’s called customer service. If you don’t want to be bothered don’t work, call in sick, anything but make someone else’s day miserable with lousy service. I realize this is not an upscale place I wasn’t expecting a silver spoon just simple welcome to Wendy’s, may I help you, thank you come again, and my order to be correct.

This Wendy’s was INCREDIBLY quick! I think I made it through the drive thru in less than 2 minutes – Guinness Book record fast! Food was decent from my memory – it’s fast food – what do you expect?
