Whataburger

Usually don’t leave reviews for fast food restaurant but this location is fantastic. Nice clean environment and excellent service, was honestly surprised by how professional and courteous their employees were. The staff here deserve credit for running a solid operation.

I enjoy everything about this whataburger… Clean and courteous. My lack of one star is they always over toast my buns practically burnt. I am grateful that is the only thing. I ask lightly toasted and it was very toasty still. I wish they could put butter in first like the Corpus Christi does. But i will still eat at this location because I love everything else about it.

We hit the drive thru and it was hot and fresh. Thumbs up on Double Meat with Cheese and fries. My only complaint is all the ice in the drink cup. Request NO ICE. It’s already chilled

My breakfast platter was hot and fresh. For being fast food they have restaurant quality. The jalapeño cheese biscuit is awesome with strawberry jelly! The sausage patty taste like Jimmy Dean brand. I was surprised at how much scrambled eggs they gave me in my platter. (No complaints). The hash browns were nice and crisp and not drenched in oil YUM! The ice tea is on point. I usually do half sweet and half unsweetened tea and it was fresh there today. My kiddos enjoyed their semi fluffy pancakes considering that this is a fast food joint! The bacon of course is thin like fast food places. The service here is pretty fast. Overall this visit was enjoyable and the food was fresh and hot!

I once seen a customer come in here super angry complaining that he has been coming to this location once a week for two years straight, and every single time they screw up his order! I thought to myself wow and there’s another just north about 2 miles up Hwy 6, Hmmmmm… Maybe he likes to be angry.
Anyways, fortunately for me I’ve been coming to this location for 7 years and they never made a mistake and are always courteous. Now I do live between two Whataburgers and favor this one more because they are consistent with the service and speed of preparation. What can I say, except I do love whataburger and it’s my failsafe when I go to a bad restuarant and I’m still hungry. Maybe I’m biased because I’m from the city that originated this fine establishment, hell idk and I don’t care! One of the best things about texas right here.

Is it tacky to review a fast food place?
Whatever.
To be honest, risking being categorized as a lame fast-​food-​yelper is the least I can offer this Whataburger. Why? Because these people rock my muthaflowin’ socks. I don’t go as often because I have to practice some self control, but when I have they are consistently super nice.
Always in a good mood, always correct order, never a long wait even though it gets super busy.
Gotta show some love when it’s deserved.
