Wendy’s

Dependable tasting fast food at airport price. However, the counter help forgot the spicy chicken salad that I ordered with the other combo meals. I had to talked to the manager to get my paid food. The manager was cool, but it shouldn’t had happened.

This location in the Houston international airport the employees were always fast friendly and food always fresh to order. It usually gets a little crowded but for the most part it’s under control. Great food great service.

The worst service! How can anyone who works at an airport not understand that people can’t wait 25 min for a salad to go? The salads are premade for God’s sake! Won’t waste my time again.

This was just what I needed after a long 16-​hour flight. The restauraunt has the traditional Wendy’s offerings. The double cheeseburger was juicy and delicious. The fries were lightly salted and fresh. The only negative was the lack of trays. I received a bag, so I took a tray from the Asian cuisine place right next to it. Otherwise, the meal was excellent.

Yeah. It’s a Wendy’s and it’s at an airport. Not much else to say about that. I bet that red head that promotes Wendys in all their commercials actually does not eat at this brand.

Typical Wendy’s food. But counter service is poorest of any Wendy’s I have been to in awhile. They know they have a captive customer base and I don’t think they care one bit. Used to be better. I dont expect fine dining but when the cashier can’t take my order before she finishes a text on her phone, that is bad service. Will be going elsewhere.

IAH Term E near gate E20. Sept 16 8pm’ish. What a disaster! 4 girls in front; 3 were more worried about flirting with the guys coming by; the other just stood there. One of flirts was asked make burgers. She put on gloves, made on burger, and returned to the front to flirt while 5 orders stacked up. Never changed gloves when she returned. When asked to speak to the manager, «he ain’t here» was the reply. Tip of the day, eat at the sandwich shop next to Wendy’s.

I don’t normally eat Wendy’s but I was hungry and in between flights. Their burger was delicious and juicy. I was impressed!

This is a traditional fast food establishment. They have the «Frosty,» which you, on occassion, have a very strong hankering for it! Besides that one anomoly item, this is your normal bad for you fast food place. Even the salads are high in calories and sodium, so definitely review the nutrition content on whatever you wish to purchase.
This location is located within an airport, so they do not have the traditional menu that you will find at a stand alone establishment. Yet, they keep their prices almost in line with the normal chain stand, thus is a good fiscal choice for the airport since every store here is pricey. Make sure to check the back of your receipt to take a survey to get $ 2 off any large sandwich or full size salad of your choice.
