So we just ate at Wendy’s for the first time after their remodel. We sat inside, it was nice and clean and I ordered the bacon Gouda burger– such a good decision! The cheese was melty and the taste was flavorful.

I am totally surprised this is still here. Being next door to a Chick-fil-a that is better organized and will get your order correct. Wendy’s, I can tell the difference between a garden salad and a Cesar salad. This place takes way too long to be called a fast food restaurant. Quality is low. The saddest thing is seeing the employees stare out the drive thru while Chick-fil-a is busy and Wendy’s has no customers. Get it together and maybe you can become above average.

Kids want 4 for $ 4 deal, cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, fries and drink. Not bad deal but the service was terrible, understaff. I like that they remodelled this place out but they still did not improve the food quality nor the customer service side…

I used the drive thru last night around 7:30PM and I had to repeat my order three times so the person could get it right. Apparently a spicy chicken combo with a diet coke is hard to retain. There were three or four cars ahead of me and the service was so slow. It took about ten minutes to get to the window and even then my order was not ready. So much for fast food as it was anything but fast.

I used to enjoy Wendy’s as a quick and tasty fast food option near home, but I have basically written this place off my list of choices. The prices go higher and higher and the food and service gets worse and worse. I went to the drive-thru in late 2014 and sat there for over 2 minutes waiting for someone to come to the microphone. Then they told me to hang on while I could hear cackling female laughter in the background. Ordinarily I’d have driven off but I wanted to see how bad it could get. Finally the guy took my order and told me to pull forward for my total(why don’t they just give you the total at the order box?). They didn’t take long to handle my money but they took their sweet time with my food. Several songs transpired on my car stereo in that time. The next time I was there during the Fall with relatives, and we all ordered up about $ 40.00 worth of food among four of us, and it took over 30 minutes to complete our order while we stood inside the restaurant. I’ve gone to restaurants, been seated, and served a steak dinner in less time than this was taking. Finally I asked the manager what was going on, and he didn’t seem to know, but suddenly realized they were out of sour cream. I asked him to refund the whole meal, too much time had gone by. He did refund us, but I found it just sad that this place has gotten so bad that the staff separates me from what is really pretty decent food. Someone really needs to come in and take the lead on this place and get a crew that can focus.

Was charged $ 417.59 on accident at @Wendys store #2109 in Houston on 03May. Was told refund was immediate. It was not. Where is my refund?

Rude staff and they get your orders wrong frequently. Chili is good if you need to go to the bathroom. That stuff works in about 2 hours you will be taking a trip to the throne and cleaning the system out. The bacon cheeseburger is OK and will have you farting before you leave the restaurant.
