Given this place a try 3 times now. No Thanks. There was no line, yet lack of attention to order requests. Sandwich was not fresh, soggy and tasted like scraped up the bottom leftovers in the pan. Customer service, No. Best location is Galleria. Attention to detail, good quality food, great customer service.

Bar none, these are amazing. First time here and I’m floored. The buffalo chicken sandwiches are a must try! This beats subway for sure.

In terms of quality, they’re in between Potbelly and Subway. Not the best sandwiches, but they’re good enough. The whole point of coming here is to take advantage of their incredibly large menu and pressure-free customization. It’s a really cool idea and you’ll probably never get bored. The price is higher than other sandwich shops, but they do have a pretty nice rewards system and give you a free drink on your first visit. The only problem here is that it’s REALLY easy to write yourself a bad sandwich(don’t ever get a Monte Cristo w/caramelized onions, hummus, black olives, pesto, and spicy mayo)… With great power comes great responsibility! If you want quality, go to Potbelly. If you want variety, go to Which Wich. If you hate life, go to Subway. Other notes: — decent vegetarian options — local newspapers to read while waiting — online ordering

I love the whole idea of being able to choose and mark what you want on your sandwich. It’s pretty neat and different. But if that’s the only way people are going to order, at least make sure the sandwich is 100% correct. I chose the BBQ Pork and made sure to pick barbecue as my sauce. My sandwich tasted like it had nooo BBQ Sauce at all which was very disappointing. And all of my friends know my war with onions, so obviously I did not mark any type of onion at all. As you can guess, my sandwich did include onions(Red)! That basically killed my meal for me, but of course I just took them out and still ate it. It just wasn’t as satisfying as it should’ve been. I hate to give this kind of review but you guys could do better! But to pay $ 12 for a meal, I just want to feel like it was worth my money. And on my latest trip there, it wasn’t even close. Hopefully next time it’s a better experience.

If you’re like me and enjoy a sandwich experience for lunch, sided with a good shake, then I mean hey you can’t go wrong with which wich. You want a BLT? THEYHAVEBLT. You want a sandwich with 5 meats and 3 cheeses? Apparently that’s a thing, and I thoroughly enjoy it. I am a regular here because it’s inexpensive for the quality and quantity, and also how customizable it is. Good vibes all around. 4 Swims!

Came in for the first time the other day, the place was pretty dead, no one was there. Being that it was our first time, I had to ask how do you order. The guy at the register was quite quiet, but he did just enough to not seem stand offish. After figuring out how to order, we went ahead and handed over our bags and waited for our sandwiches to be made. O I guess I should state what we ordered, my lil man got the Elvis which consisted of bananas, bacon and peanut butter, I got a blt plus avocado, and my girlfriend got a ruben. Everything was pretty good, I’ve never really complained about something having too much bacon, guess this is a first, but me and lil man’s sandwich had wayyy too much bacon, so if you like bacon on your sandwich this is the place for you. After all was said and done, the sandwiches were pretty descent, I’m sure we’ll be back, the chocolate shake was ok as well.

Sandwiches in brown bags! I came here for a late lunch. No line. You walk in and see a menu of the types of meat you would like in your sandwich. Then find your corresponding number on the menu to the bag. Then check off whatever you want on the bag. Type of bread, size, cheeses, toppings, hot or cold, extras, spreads, sauces, mustards, mayos, dressings, onions, veggies, oil & spices. Sooo many choices. Fresh ingredients. Add chips and drink for a combo! They have desserts and shakes too! Quick and easy!

The variety of choices and fresh ingredients make this our favorite sandwich shop. This location is super clean and the staff is very efficient.

Took 15minutes to make my sandwich when there was 3 guys behind the counter and only two customers in the store? My lettuce wrap was a mess and I couldn’t eat it. I posted a picture. This was my second try, but I’m going to stick with Jimmy Johns moving forward.

Place makes great sandwiches. I just wish it was closer to where I live so I don’t have to go out of my way everytime I want a meal

Ultimate sandwich shop, 5 stars in the bag.(See what I did there) I Love the lettuce wrapped sandwich! So tasty(: I just wish it was rolled up a little bit better, the only way to execute was with knife and fork. Super friendly staff, they even brought me my meal, I’m still impressed. The people working were very organized and got all of the orders in my party correct, bonus points! The shop is in a tucked away spot where it is visible but not so noisy and it was not very crowded for lunch, I like that. Definitely the place to eat at if you want an awesome sandwich worth what you are paying for. They even have soup!

Hands down this place rocks when it comes to a sandwich shop. I have kids and they just love coming here and they do enjoy marking the bags they give you. Their sandwiches are amazing and you can taste that the meat is fresh. Prices are more reasonable then some other sandwiches shops. I recommend this place if you are in the area or want some lunch.

Mmm… love this place! SUBWAYWHO?! I love the way you order, it’s so fun and interactive! And there’s SOMANYCHOICES!!! But I shouldn’t say that, I always get the same thing. Ha. But I’ll change it up soon. Maybe. ;) Oh! And I love that they actually sell Baked Cheetos here unlike Subway and a lot of other places! The environment of the actual restaurant is kind of «blah» but who cares, your sandwich will be so delicious you won’t even notice your surroundings!!!

Which Wich is just an adorable place. You choose you sandwich bag, check off what you want on the sandwich, pay, and then they put the bag on a clothes line for someone pulls it down and make the sandwich. That being said, this place has charm but portion size is lacking for the cost.

This is my go-to deli place aside from Subway and Pot Belly’s in my office radius for lunch. As silly as it may seem, I am a huge fan of their ice! Which Wich makes great ice! This particular location also brews their sweet tea really well. I went to the Ricmond location, and it just doesn’t taste the same. The sweet tea is a refreshing treat to beat the Texas heat! I’ve tried a variety of different sandwiches, but my all time favorite is the chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce. The tangy sauce combined with the warm, crunchy bread is so satisfying! Also, make sure you try the house chips — salt and peppered potato chips. On a rare occasion, I tried the Oreo milk shake, and it was absolutely perfect for a dessert treat! Sometimes, the owner stands around the door to greet the customers. I think this adds a nice, friendly gesture of appreciation for the community that supports his establishment. Nice guy!
