I went yesterday for lunch and it was SO good! I got the chicken Willie fried (basically a fried chicken sandwich) with sweet potato fries. I also shared the sampler with my friends and we all left stuffed.

NOT impressed at all!!! Upon arrival we noticed a long line already starting. My grandmother was in town for the holidays and she was not able to stand in the long line so we wanted her to sit down while we stood in line. My husband headed towards the back of the resturant and he was approached my the manager telling him the tables are all reserved for the people standing in line. We told him we understand that, we will be in that same line but my grandmother needs to sit while we wait. She is unable to stand for long time. The manager continues to tell my husband she can not sit at these tables but she can sit in a chair. Her leg can not bend and sitting in a chair in the open was not safe for her. You would think you would have more respect for your elder. What if that was his mom or grandmother? We turned around and left!!! We will never eat at this resturant again.

I visited this restaurant last night and ordered the Hand Cut Ribeye, french fries and vegetables. For an appetizer we began with the nachos. The nachos were drenched in cheese and gave me a bit of a stomach ache from the soggy chips. The steak was very flavorful but was mostly fat on it. The service was good and I would recommend this place just maybe try something else.

Always been a big fan of Willies. Love the atmosphere and the food is great. They know how to blacken properly. Normally a 5 star from me, this evening gets a 4. Our appetizer came out 30 seconds before our meals and my wife’s meal had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp too long.
Still has the best onion rings around!

Just had a horrible experience at Willies in Copperfield. Picked up a takeout order of ribs. Got home to find out it was only a half order not the full order we paid for. Called and asked to speak to a manager. The manager, Chris, accused me of lying or «dropping the box» of ribs. Are you kidding me?
Friends, do yourself a favor and avoid Willies. Sorry, he was the rudest person I have ever spoken to.

Willie’s is one of the restaurants that we visit usually monthly. The service is always good, the food is pretty consistent, and they have a decent selection of craft beers (just wish they’d get Love Street from Karbach). Our last visit was definitely a 5 star visit, but sometimes the burgers are not seasoned as well, and on a couple of occasions the onion rings and fries have tasted like old grease. Besides the burgers, our favorite dishes are the nachos and the fish tacos. I highly recommend getting on their email list. You get coupons quite often for cheaper burgers or bogo entrees.

Give me mashed potatoes or give me death. How about death by mashed potates and a extra kiss from death itself french fries. Sent myself into a true food coma with the fried pickles followed by the chicken fried chicken. The best part is that it was enough left overs to fully coma induce myself again tomorrow. RIP this foodie.

I had the small order of shrimp and French fries. It was good but I couldn’t eat it all.
They had a policy of no split checks but they were nice to our party of 15 with 5 different checks! I’m glad they were flexible and friendly.
I had a chilled fosters lager in a can that tasted quit good and nicely complimented the meal.
Very nice new area of town. You should go if you like casual.

My husband came here 40 minutes before they closed and the services was great I was really happy about the food and service. The food was hot and didn’t take long to come out. They did great! My willies bacon cheese burger was soo yummy!

I can’t believe what happened here today, shitty service and shittier food. Not even really that busy. This used to be a great place and now it’s not. So upset and disappointed. Sent food back and server was M.I.A. For about 80% of the time.

I would like to thank this Willie’s location for supporting NAMI Greater Houston! The restaurant donated a portion of sales over a year to show their support of NAMI. That’s awesome! The food was delicious! And our server Karina I believe was her name handled our group of 14 with ease :-)

Had their rib-​eye steak, mashers, and wild rice. I like how big portions they gave me with the sides, but the rice was a little dry. The steak was tasty and cooked how I wanted. The service was ok and the food came out at a reasonable amount of time. Compared to similar places, this was alright.

I went there today mid afternoon and the place was busy but not crowded. The greeting by all that we were served by was exceptional. You can tell everyone of the staff there is trained well! I complained to a guy last year about the flavor of the crawfish and saw him again today. The crawfish were exceptional, very well seasoned and cooked! I told him of the great improvement but the corn that is being used is still mushy because it was previously frozen. Other than that the service, the food and the quality for the price is exceptional! I did not know it but the man I spoke with last year and today was the General Manager. Thanks for listening to your customers and giving them what they want! I will recommend this restaurant to all I know! Great work guy’s!

Aside from not getting any service and walking out because they are over crowded, Willies practices nickle and diming. Normally I wouldn’t leave a bad review without trying their food but when your ordering system fails and it causes people to walk out, that’s a problem. We also noticed the menu is loaded with charges for extra items. Example, order chicken tenders, its an extra .50 to roll them in flavoring. Jalapeños? An extra .50. Who charges for jalapeños? This is mail-​ordered food. Apparently people love it as the place was packed. So its one of those cases where either I’m wrong or everyone else is wrong. Either way, it was my experience, and I’m giving Willies this rating for now.

Great family place. It’s got a sand box for the kids to play in so the adults can enjoy a meal. Plenty of choices in ice cold beers. The staff was great and made sure our order was correct before the kitchen took it. That’s where it went downhill for me. I ordered a burger medium rare. I always do this because most cooks think well done is a dried hockey puck. Mine came out well done. Thankfully not so well that it was dry but close. Absolutely no pink in the patty. If your looking for a place to eat with the kids? This is it.

My family amd I used to come all the time. The staff aren’t too great except for one guy. (I can’t remember his name unfortunately) The last few times they have just been so so. We didn’t starve so that’s something, right? The last time we went my dad got chicken wings and they were COMPLETELY RAW. We never could get the waiter to come over to us. My mothers chicken fried chicken was cold, the brocilli was rubbery. And my chicken tenders were DRY. No amount of ranch could could help those poor things. We told the manger that our waiter (Nick) sucked and the wings were raw and all he said was ok. Uhhhh seriously that’s all you have to say is OK? We left unsatisfied, and pissed off. We haven’t been back. If no stars were a option I wouldnt have given them a single one.
