Slowest and worst service ever! Me and my friend came here on our hour lunch break and waited 45 minutes for our 2 six wing combos. They kept saying they were waiting on our fries even though several people who came in after us were getting their meals. We ended up taking our orders to go since our break was up and when we got back to the office we discovered we only got one order of fries. We waited all that time for fries that we didn’t even get. Plus the wings were dried out and pretty tasteless. I don’t recommend this place.

This is probably the worst Wingstop location I’ve ever tried. I love Wingstop and I know how good their wings are supposed to taste. The wings that I got were very oily and the French fries were cold and dry. I was very dissaponted because I love eating from Wingstop. But this is the second time I have a problem from this location. I tried to give them a chance but the same problem happened again. And I’ve never come across any problems with my food from different locations.

Never been to a Wingstop that took about 30 minutes to get 8 pieces of wings when it’s not even busy…

The food was great but this location is very dirty. I’m very surprised the health department didn’t close this place down.

Let me start off by saying the cooking area was filthy. There were half eaten chicken wings and fries on the floor, I understand the fries might fall but the wings? Not only that I placed my order 20 minutes prior to getting there only to be told that it would be ready in 20 – 25 minutes. Then some guy walks in places his order after I got there first and waited no more than 10 minutes to get it. Seriously? They lack customer service skills that’s for sure. I feel that the health department should pay them a visit. Will definitely not go back.

Ordered online about 30 minutes before I got there and the order wasn’t ready. I had to about 22 minutes before the order was ready, which is about the same amount of time it would take if I walked in and placed the order. Ordered three different flavors(garlic parmesan, Louisiana rub & lemon pepper. I could only taste the lemon pepper, the other flavors were barely detectable/watered down, which is weird because I ordered from here a couple of months back and the Louisiana rub flavored wings definitely had a great taste to them.

I’m done with this WingStop location. I’m tired of being asked for money by the same guy sitting outside of the front door and they don’t seem to be concerned about loitering. I’ve seen the kitchen staff passing food out the back door by the restroom to their friends who then jump the fence to get to the high school. I wait for the food longer here than at any other restaurant in the area… even when they’re slow. The drink machine is always mis-calibrated and the wings are barely sauced anymore. The fries are undercooked and when I order cheese sauce, I only receive it about 50% of the time. The interior is usually clean, but they certainly don’t do a thorough job here. And phone calls always seem to take priority over someone being there in person. Not going back until major changes happen.

The person who brings the food out should also call the name on the ticket. Instead, the guy comes out, places the food down, then walks off. The cashier then comes up and calls the name on the ticket. I’ll say it again, the person who brings the food out should also call the name on the ticket. Why? I can’t believe I have to explain this simple concept. The cashiers may be busy taking orders and won’t be able to call the name until 25 minutes later.(Yes, 25) Just call the name when you bring the food out. I’m sure you know how to read. Maybe not.

Something has definitely changed at that Wingstop. They advertise new«bigger» wings. Yes the wings were bigger but they were tasteless. The fries are different too. They are bigger and starchy tasting. Nothing taste the same. Even the blue cheese dipping sauce was kind of thin and watery. I don’t know what to think??? What happened to Wingstop? On a positive note the young lady at the counter had a really great attitude and wonderful customer service. She was very friendly and addressed customers by name.

Honestly I’ve never had a bad moment here. My wings always take 15 mins or less, the prices are lower than every Wingstop in Houston with the 10 pc combo only being 9.99CANTBEATTHAT. Sometimes the wings are too small and other times there perfect. But either way it goes this place is definitely a great place to eat

Great wings… However, it took 45 mins to get 10 wings. Place is beyond ghetto. Just try to avoid going to this place late at night. Always bums waiting at the entrance asking for change or food.

Honestly, the only good thing about this Wing Stop is its location and hours. It’s right next to the University of Houston, so it was the only place open that was close by. If you want to get a quick late night snack, this place is not the place to go. We waited about 30 minutes to get 20 boneless wings and fries. Oh and they got our order wrong. If you’re looking to get your wing fix, then I suggest you go to your nearest Buffalo Wild Wings. They’re open late and you can just order online then pick it up. Plus, they have much more variety in flavors. To end this on a positive note, the cashier was surprisingly very nice. She gave us free drinks for our long wait.

Worst place to get wings. Ordered via phone and waited an hour after the time I was told to arrive. Ppl were taking smoke breaks in the back and passing up my order for others who ordered boneless wings bc they don’t take as long. New mngmt needed desperately. Two employees eating while dedicated to Togo orders and generally loudly goofing around. That whole staff needs to go.

This Wing Stop is horrible. Don’t come here if you don’t absolutely have to. They don’t take credit or debit and the food takes forever. My experience has been worse every time I come here. You can get better food from somewhere else. It’s not worth it.

RACISTAGAINSTWHITEPEOPLE! I live in the medical center down the street from Scott street and I made the mistake of going to this location for wings. I’m waiting at the counter for 10 minutes to place an order and a large black woman steps infront of me with her group and proceeds to start ordering. Instead of the cashier telling the woman I was next, she began taking her order. I would have spoken up but it was obvious I was there in line, waiting my turn, and I guess rules don’t apply in 3rd ward. At this point I am obligated to let all my colleagues know the unsanitary things I witnessed taking place in the kitchen., as well as the blatant disregard for me and my type.

Pros: A good selection of wings and flavors. Decent décor with HD tvs. Cons: Fries have a unique seasoning; unfortunately, they are usually overly seasoned. The same at times exists with the wings too. The area isn’t the safest and there are often people loitering outside while horseplaying.

Been here quite a few times now. The service has DEFINITELY slowed down, and is their worst problem. Usually, they’ll give you a 10 minute quote, but you’ll really need to double and most likely triple it to get an accurate idea of when your meal will be ready. The helpfulness and niceness of the staff varies. Sometimes you’ll get somebody that talks to you really nicely, and sometimes you’ll get a ghetto-sounding loser who thinks its okay to basically talk to you like trash. Calm down, nobody is trying to fight you. We just want wings. Every now and then I get a wrong order from them. I have ordered boneless wings many times and been served bone-in. I like both, so I haven’t complained so much, but the two have different flavors, so you are not expecting the other when you order. However, the food here is still top-notch, and the ultimate reason for going. The size of wings is great, and they don’t skip on the sauces. Their dining room size has increased, and unlike other Wing Stop locations, you won’t find a problem finding a table at this one. My advice to all who want to eat these awesome wings? Call ahead far in advance and double-check your order with them.

This place is decked out with old timey Aviation themed prints, filled with random Charles Lindhbergh schlock… wing stop get it? Don’t worry it took me a moment too. anyway i got the 25 piece wing pack, with my choice of up to 3 flavors. I got hickory bbq, teriyaki and cajun. They were basically different code words for SALT. You know the wings are salty when the seasoned fries are actually less salty than the wings. Interestingly enough you could tame the saltiness of the wings if you dunked them into the ranch dressing, the creamy fatness of the ranch dressing provided a temporary respite from the salt bombs they called wings. The best part of the meal deal were the fries(which were fried well and seasoned nicely) and their rolls(buttered on the outside and soft and sweet). Well I guess their celery sticks and carrot sticks weren’t bad either. But if you’re going to a wing place for their veggies… somethings wrong with you. They bill themselves as «the wing experts», I think they should change their name to «The Salt Exchange» or «Avoid us if you have high blood pressure». AVOID.
