Chase Bank

Probably the slowest bank on Crossbay and theres a few. The new atm’s (that are never used) eliminated 3 teller spots. Theres usually only one teller and the line moves at an incredibly slow pace. Bank somewhere else.

Love this chase bank. It has a big parking lot. The tellers are nice and helpful and they take care of you quick. Plus… Starbucks is right down the block!;)

I had to get a cashier check to pay for my scooter. Sharon helped me today, even though she was in charge of a different section. I did not realize that I had to write down a payee when I requested it. She offered me alternatives, but in the end I stuck with the cashier check.
I could tell she was really genuine. She gave me instructions on how to fill out the request with a smile. It was really bad as that I am not a morning person. I had to ask her to repeat what she said more than twice lol. But she understood me and was not the least bit angry.
Once the transaction was complete, she wished me a safe day on my scooter. Extremely satisfied with this experience. They also opened promptly at 0830.

This bank is super convenient on Cross Bay. With its own adjacent parking lot, it makes it easy to run to the ATM and be on your way.
Also has free notary service for members and free Gold Medallion signature program for transfer of securities (most other places charge for the Gold Medallion signature program).

You need to have a bank these days-​given. But Chase Bank’s extreme sales tactics employed by all the skirts and suits behind a desk is rude and irritating. You cannot ask a simple question without getting trapped in a sales pitch. Even if you are polite about it, they still go for the throat. Not a company i like doing business with.

I hate this bank with a passion.
I went to exchange some euros back to US after a trip to Europe. After being accosted by their sales rep about opening an account despite insisting I didn’t want one I made it the counter. I didn’t realize they make you show an ID to exchange currency and I had forgotten my passport and my drivers license was expired. As I was walking out cursing them for wasting my time, the same jerk-​off who tried to sign me up stopped me again. He could tell I was pissed and asked why. When i told him, he explained that if I had an account with them, I wouldnt need to show id and would I like to sign up for a free checking account. I had to explain to this mental midget, in only a way a New Yorker could, that he was a «f***ing idiot since he was trying to sign someone up for an account that DIDN’T HAVE AN ID ON THEM.» His response, well come back with your id and we’ll sign you up. It took every inch of my not to assault this fool, but instead, I again did what any New Yorker would and told him he «was a f***ing idiot and to go f*** himself».
Oh yea, and Chase bank took more bailout money than any other US bank. I hate them!!!

I have never really had any specific problems here at this location but it is extremely slow. I feel on the weekends there are not enough tellers and they have to expect a good deal of customers to come in on a saturday afternoon say around noon or 1 PM. I know not to come here if I am really in a rush or specifically not prepared to wait to do business in the actual bank not just at the ATM machine

This Bank really is as good as it gets for this area. I never had a problem with a CSR or a teller or any mistakes made with my account. They seem to know what they are doing. After opening up a new account — they call and check how you are dong as well.
Afyter trying all the other banks int he area — they — so far — seem the best.
The only thing is that their CD rates can never seem to compete with other banks. Oh well…
