Great service! I’ve been using them for about 3 yrs now & my pool has never looking better! Staff is extremely professional & friendly. If any emergencies or last minute issues arise they are very accommodating. Clearwater is the best!

We have been using Clearwater for close to ten years now — they installed our beautiful in-ground pool and have been taking care of it each season — never had a problem — if we had a pool issue it was always resolved — we had a very difficult problem a few years back and every day Sean and his staff were here until it was resolved. If you can get a different pool company for weekly service and openings and closings, definitely do it. The service at Clearwater has really gone downhill over the years. Before we switched companies, the last time they opened our pool they installed all the knobs backwards, and left some of the jets plugged in the hot tub so when we turned it on it backed up. In addition to this, they couldn’t keep the algae out of the pool for an entire summer. It constantly grew back, regardless of how often they shocked it, eventually they gave up answering our calls for them to shock it again. After switching companies, the pool has never looked better, no algal problems, no opening/closing issues, reliable service and good repairs.
I don’t know how well they do installations, it is possible that they’re better at that.
Avoid.
