They can’t make a cup of coffee and they wound let you use the bath room my disabled mother needed to go to the bath room and did not let her they ha s seats for 20 people by law the bathroom should be open to public! Don’t go here spend the extra money at starburst or go to the deil in the comer for coffee

Local Dunkin, it is what it is!
Iced coffee is watered down but the help is very friendly and actually gets to know you and your drink
I don’t think they make the their donuts on site, sometimes things are stale

This is the slowest Dunkin Donuts you will ever visit the shorter guy with the lighter skin at the register should not be working in Dunkin Donuts everyday I order the same thing and everyday I have to repeat my order at least three times they ask you your order ask you again repeat it to you then when the person is making the coffee they ask you again this place always has a long line because it is extremely slow slower than any Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to unfortunately they are the only one on the way to Rockaway Beach from Queens. Make sure you are not in a rush when you go in.

So this is my morning stop every morning. The two guys in their is great. One guy remembers everyone’s order. He already has it made as soon as I pull up in the parking lot. Awesome place and service

If I had to go to dunkin donuts for something this is the last dd I would go to. They are rude and always either over charge me or try to short change me. I’m not the only one either. I know they did it to several other people. The morning staff is the worst.

Cons:
Only one register open and during a rush hour the line is sometimes literally out the door.
Tables aren’t swept or cleaned very often during the day
Dirty bathroom
Absolutely no bicycle parking anywhere nearby so you can watch your bike from the store
Dirty exterior
Good service from manager only and no other employees

I’m giving one star because they’re just very unprofessional. They thought it would be funny to tell my friend they put extra sugar in her tea, and when she said she has diabetes and asked if there was sugar they laughed and said no. It wasn’t funny…
I’ll make sure to never come here again. The guys are always annoying but it’s now to the point of just infuriating.

Pretty quick.

Buried down in southern Howard Beach, this is a good sized location.
Shares a parking lot with ‘That’s a Wrap’ for a good lunch desert combo.
