Joy’s Nail

Been here a few times for over 7 years. So I feel that I can honestly speak to the service and quality of this establishment. I have to admit that they are very friendly HOWEVER I have to agree with previous reviews by other customers. The quality of service has gone down drastically! I got a gel manicure today and the color is beautiful however at the base of nails the color polish is not to my cuticles thus making my BRAND NEW manicure look over 2 WEEKS old! I did point it out to Lisa (the woman who did my nails) and her response was «Next Time». I’m like after that response next time I may not come back. Smh. All that being said I MAY give them ONE more chance but definitely will be picking someone else. Stay tuned for an update…

This place is horrible!!! They have no customer service and the work is beyond bad. They literally rush me out the door and they lady who took care of me got upset every time I would correct her, the nail polishes are old and dry

So disappointed. After my first review I’ve come back a few times only to leave w messy nails. The staff is super friendly but the quality of their work seems to be declining.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Damn awful. Got a gel manicure that lasted two days! Went back today to ask them to fix it and the lady said «next time» when she finally fixed it she did nail by nail just adding paint and putting my fingernails under UV light… I informed her that it was damaging and if she could do the whole thing over again and she kept saying next time. Sooooo frustrating! They asked me to pay another 30 dollars and I refused no one is taking me for a fool. Hear that Joy’s nails?!

No change in my review I still love this place! They are always friendly, clean, professional and have recently updated their pedicure services to make it more spa like (more money but since I don’t do massages and other things like that my nail salon day is my spa day!). Love Joy Nails!
