Pro Health Urgent Care

I have only been there once but the staff was so helpful! The receptionist Zorina was so caring and professional! The technician Neha was also very sweet. Most urgent care center just want you in and out but the staff was amazing!

I took my daughter here with the intention of seeking treatment for a fever. The doctors were not able to find the infection. I was told by the physician there is definitely an infection I just can’t find it, follow up with your pediatrician tomorrow. We left the same as we had arrived. Followed up with my pediatrician = double ear infection. She was prescribed oral antibiotics and otic drops to treat the infection. IMO Pro health totally dropped the ball. Then I get the bill for their «treatment» they billed my insurance company 500.00. I called to inquire about their fee schedule I was told «no insurance office visit 95.00». So why was I being billed 500.00? Sounds shady. I asked for an adjustment and was told to speak to their billing manager. I contacted the billing manager (an extremely unprofessional troll of a woman). I had hoped to receive some kind of a compromise (I don’t really think what we received is worthy of a 500.00 bill) a fair bill as opposed to this over inflated shakedown. The billing «manager» at 631−470−9050 wasn’t having it. That’s okay I wont make the same mistake again — $ 285.00 cost you at least 11 years worth of service (my youngest child is 7) and I can definitely see urgi care centers in my future — but not this one. Bad move troll.

Went here bc I was far away from my doctor & my experience was wonderful. My wait time was maybe 5 minutes, the office was very well kept, front desk ladies were friendly, & the doctors were wonderful! I really don’t want to be sick again but if I am, this is where I’m going! Thank you!
