Top choice for great food. My favorite is the baked haddock. The pizza is some of the best. Actually the menu selections are all really good so you can’t go wrong

Went on a Friday night. The service was horrible. My husband had the fish and chips which was good. I ordered the black and bleu salad. The steak was just big chunks of gristle. I had a view of the kitchen that was downright scary. The waitress never came back to the table. We left the money on the table and walked out. Never again.

Awful experience, went in with two children. Not given a childrens menu, had to ask what options were available for the kids. took FOR EVER for our food. Appetizers came out (mushrooms and jalapeño poppers) they were good. Service was awful. Waitress was very unfriendly, never came and took a plate off the table. Which made it hard for the 5 of us to eat and have room with appetizer plates and lunch plates on the table. Had to walk up to the bar and ask the Waitress to refill our drinks. Unfortunately I would never go back nor refer this place. Giving one star for the Appetizers other than that it would be none if it was an option

Boo. Awful service! Awful prices! Not very friendly or accommodating. I will never go there again. Sorry!!! Go to another place with reasonable prices and nice staff.

I’ve always liked the food, but the owners have never been friendly going back twenty plus years.

The food is good; the service and kitchen are not. Pizzas, home cooking dishes, and appetizers. The service is friendly until there is a problem.
I called at 9pm to ask when the kitchen closed. I was told 11pm. We arrived at 10:15 and was told we could only order pizza or fryer food. That didn’t fly with me. Whomever I spoke with should have clarified. I ordered chicken fingers and soup. Waitress had to get permission for the soup. My husband ordered a pizza.
It took 20 minutes for soup and chicken fingers to come out. Then we watched two other table served three pizzas and thought ours should be out soon too. After 45 minutes, I had to ask the bartender to check on his pizza. I heard her tell our waitress (coming back in from a cigarette break) that his pizza was just sitting in the oven and no one was back there in the kitchen. She came to us and said it would just be a few more minutes, which is the same thing she said before her 15 min cigarette break. Apparently they forgot about the pizza, made it late and then forgot to take it out for service. Great job people! Way to run a business! I told the waitress that this wasn’t acceptable. I had finished my meal and my husband was still waiting for a small pizza. She said «yea, sorry about that», turned and walked away. She boxed up his pizza and we left.
We had other things to do that night and this place was on the way. We won’t make that mistake again. Visit for a beer and watch a game, maybe, but don’t plan to visit for a meal.

This place is talked up. Food is alright nothing special. Definitely would be a great drunken munchies place at best. Very dark inside and no windows. Little Mack pizza tastes just like a Big Mac, but why not just eat a Big Mac? Bar food can be great, was not impressed with anything.

It’s not an easy task to receive five stars on Unilocal but wow does this place deserve it. The food is always excellent, prepared just how you like it. The servers are friendly, professional, and quick to refill your drink or get you some more of those amazing bread sticks. I’ve loved everything I have had on the menu. I’m not sure who the owners are but they better not ever let those cooks go. The only negative comment I can say about b-​line, I WISH YOU WERE CLOSER!

The food (especially the pizza and cheese sticks) was amazing. The pizza crust was soft but not chewy, and the cheese was supper stringy, at one point I was twirling it like spaghetti! But the only reason I did not give it a 5-​Star review was the décor, it has a sports theme but needs updating. (Although it dose have several flat screens)
I will come back, hopefully they’ll update by the time I do!

I loved their pizza as a kid and was so excited to move back to the area and taste it again. Best pizza in Howell and probably in Liv Co — hands down! It’s so cheesy and greasy, but that’s what makes it the best. I also love that this place isn’t a chain. Makes you feel warm and fuzzy supporting the local economy.
Is this place a dive? Hells yes. But that’s what makes it so charming. It’s a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere. Service is fast and friendly and surprisingly, there’s more than Bud Light on tap! {I’ve ordered a few different kinds of Michigan microbrews here.}
Visit and experience Howell’s best kept secret :)
P. S. Tuesday night is family night! Score a large 2-​topping pizza + bread + a pitcher of pop for $ 10! Deal of the century.

Great old school bar. Great service and food. Hidden gem. They’ll even ask you to pick melons with them.

Love this place. Eat here everytime I’m home. The breadsticks and salad pizza are awesome!

A treat EVERY time I go! LOVE the food here. EVERY item I have ever gotten is WONDERFUL! Fish, smothered chicken, pizza, salad, breadsticks, ribs, prime rib, sandwhiches, etc.
BUSY joint! Full bar. Great for groups or couples. NOT for the couple looking for an intimate feel. Kids absoloutely, but I’d recommend going earlier rather than later.

Pizza and burgers good. Other food also very good, but also pricey. For example, Hot beef sandwich with mashed potato $ 10.95 & prime rib $ 20. Drink prices average for the area. Restaurant is clean, but décor and furnishings old and worn. Very noisy when busy.

Everything on the menu is GREAT. And the breadsticks are killer!

The pizza & salad are delicious! This pizza is the closest to a homemade taste I have experienced with carry-​out. Ever. Highly Recommended!
