China Best

I love this place. I visited for a second time today and left as full as last time with half my food to take away. The Chow Mei Fun is great, highly recommended. If you like Crab Rangoon (if you don’t, I am not sure I can trust you), they make them fresh and pack them full. Great for takeout, small dining area for about 20 – 30 people max. Highly recommended.

Always hot and exactly what we order. My husband loves the spring rolls, but they are not for me, I much prefer the egg rolls — good but not amazing. I love that we can order online, a real treat for families with toddlers. You know, the ones that cannot make phone calls without kids screaming in the background.

Purchased a lunch of orange chicken and a lunch of sweet and sour chicken for a friend because it was close to Medilodge of Howell.
Sweet and sour chicken was alright, except for the fact that an egg roll only comes with the higher priced dinner meal for 7 $ and some change. Most places I go to that give lunch specials for $ 5.95 or so include an egg roll. My orange chicken tasted as if it was sitting in a Walmart hot case for too long and became dry, stringy and hard to chew. The two quarter slices of orange wasn’t making me a believer. The fried rice? Eh. It was alright
The sweet and sour chicken… the chicken was okay, equivalent to what you would find in a regular Chinese buffet. The sauce was alright… Couldn’t really find anything wrong with that dish. But how can you screw up pre-​battered chicken pieces and frying oil? Not to mention pre-​made sauce.
Needless to say, I’ll stay faithful to my 2 places I know have better quality, include egg rolls, and actually have edible chicken WITH sauce.
Avoid those two dishes, and you may have a better experience. If I could get a refund, I would.

I am soooo confused about the favorable reviews posted on Unilocal left for China Best. I am being generous when I tell you that my boyfriend and I both found agreed to never return to this restaurant. And he eats just about anything! Indeed, once while camping he was so hungry that he ate a piece of meat that a rat had eaten (no joke). Back to the point, we both ended up throwing away the $ 24 worth of food that we ordered. While the website and ordering process was incredibly impressive, the food paled in comparison. We ordered the beef and broccoli, crab ragoons, hot an sour soup, egg rolls, spring rolls, chicken fried rice, and bbq rolls. With the exception of the bbq rolls, everything tasted like vinegar and something that we just can’t describe. We literally took one bite – maybe two of some entrees-​balked and walked over to the trash to dump the remaining food.
Funny thing: This experience at China Best has taught me to distrust the reviews here on Unilocal; in other words, don’t take my or anyone else word for it – venture taking a risk to see how your taste buds react to the food at China Best. Ours did not agree with the food at this establishment.

Our family loves China Best! The owners are so kind and their food is absolutely delicious! By far the best take out in the area!
Reasonable prices that can’t be beat, delicious food with consistent quality!

Went there first time yesterday and the food was awful. We threw the food away I would not consider this chinese food.

Great food and the owners are nice and very willing to change any meal to the way you want it! Great food!
