I first encountered Jordan by their having the cheapest coupon for furnace inspections in the Marketeer local monthly advertising magazine. I had the tech/owner over to complete the work. He sounded sincere and held off on completion of the inspection saying that he was concerned about our safety and needed to replace a shutoff valve to the boiler. I lined him up for a lot of work, to include adding a zone to the heating system, and I promised to purchase filters for our Mitsubishi units from him and add them to his business with us. Well, he had an emergency job in Fowlerville, MI so I conceded the appt. date with a promise that I would be top of the list on another day. Well, when that day came, I waited for the tech/owner and was told he would not appear until the end of the WINDOW of time I was given. So I canceled that appt. and re-re-scheduled the appt. When I contacted the owner about the time he would show-up for the most recent appt. and was told he could NOT promise that I would be tops on the list for that morning, and declined me service. In MI’s economic climate, I don’t see how a business could throw away $ 1000 worth of work, but I guess that’s his perogative. I personally would not do business with this company.
