The public storage in Howell NJ is great. T.j. Is the manager. After coming from a different storage area where I was mortified with the cob webs/spiders and unkept units, a person has never walked through with me like TJ did. He walked me to a unit to see if I wanted to rent it which the other place did NOT. He also advised me that after everyone moves out they clean the units and even came back with me to sweep anything that might have been left over. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They also provide the locks as the other place I went to did not. I was in need of a clean storage unit to sell a couch and I feel confident it will stay clean while I’m waiting for a buyer. They also provided plastic covers for dust. TJ also explained everything to me in detail and gave me copies of everything explained. I would definitely use this place in the future of needed.
