This is for the Manalapan location, though it looks like they share staff and owners.
Echoing the previous review… the staff is very unpleasant and unfriendly. I stopped purchased my glasses or contacts through them, and I get shamed for it. Staff is always rude on the phone. They refused to send me my own prescription.
I enjoyed Dr. Alcala but not enough to ever step foot in the offices again.
