Very Rude and Disrespectful this is the second UPS store I’ve had issues with. I don’t even know why you would Call it A UPS store when it has nothing to do with UPS, all I’m Saying is I’ll keep Using UPS to ship but If I ever want to head to A Printing Fax store I’ll stick with FEDEX OFFICE. Yea it’s more Of A drive but I rather do the drive and be treated with respect then go to A Ups store and be treated With disrespect ! I also talked with the manager and she was horrible. She was talking down to me and just very rude and unprofessional, I went to the FedEx location and the manager there was very polite and happy to help, so Again I don’t plan on ever going back to The so Called UPS store though it’s not Apart of the UPS company!

Doesn’t it say enough that I’m rating my local UPS store? I love this UPS store. The guys that work there are friendly, fast, and genuinely interested in the people that walk through the door. Even though it is more expensive than the Post Office, I sometimes go there just because it is always pleasant!
