Destroyed my brand new wool coat. One month old and the owner Dave Motter blames the condition on usage. What a joke. They returned it the first time more dirty than when I brought it in and damaged. Never use this joke of a company. It’s a miracle some businesses ever make it. This is one that needs to move on, waste of space.
