A & M Contracting

I live in NYC and recently purchased a second home in Hudson, NY. While I’m very excited to own a home «in the country», what I’m not excited about is finding qualified/​certified help.
The house has some gutter/​draining issues and also in need of a new roof, but I can’t afford to replace it until the spring. About a month ago I was referred to A & M Contracting from someone who was having dinner besides us on Warren St.
It didn’t take long to speak to them and schedule a visit for an estimate. During which, they were polite, took the time to answer my annoying questions and most importantly, call me back.
After a little phone tag, they were able to explain what work they would do right now, to correct the gutter/​draining problem and what the new roof would cost.
In regards to the work completed thus far, I am extremely satisfied. I no longer have water running down the side of the house or giant ice damns.
Definitely give them a call if you want things done right without the run around.
