Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and AC

This company knowingly installed defective A/​C units in my whole neighborhood. My house is less than a year old, but every day I see this company’s trucks at my neighbors’ houses. My A/​C stopped working, so I called them to come check it out, since the developer said it was under warranty. They said it was a defective part from the A/​C manufacturer. It took them three days to get the part in (I called their parts department and found out it was in), then it was another three days before they could put me on the schedule. Two hours before they were scheduled to be here, they called me to reschedule, due to rain, which I understand. They came out and replaced the part the next day. However, by that time, I had been without A/​C for a week, on a brand new home, that they installed the A/​C in! So I started talking to my neighbors, and lo and behold, they had the exact same issues with their A/​C. The more I ask around, the shadier this company seems. I am not happy with Lennar either, because they hired this company to put in the A/​C.

Our a/​c went out today @ 4:30pm. We called Bayonet who promptly sent out a tech named Mike. Mike was so nice & he had our a/​c fixed in under 10 mins. He collected $ 250 and advised us about their VIP program and left. 10 mins later we had a knock on our door. It was Mike. He came back to the house to let us know that he checked with his office and found out that our a/​c unit is under warranty and that he should’ve only collected $ 143. WHAAAT!!? Best. Service. Ever. Thanks Bayonet!

I had Rodney from Bayonet install my water softener today. He was excellent. He did a great job on the install. He was courteous, professional and most of all very informative. I was very impressed by Bayonet and I will recommend them to all my neighbors!!!

Bayonet did a phenomenal job on our home re-​piping our entire home! They were efficient, courteous, and fabulous to work with. We were nervous having such a large job done on our home, but they made everything simple from the permit to the MVP membership. We can’t say enough great things about Dave P. and Dave C. that came out to our home. Thank you!

Bayonet always performs, period. Had AC issue on holiday weekend. Tech was out in about three hours and refilled refrigerant, checked for leaks, and replaced a part. Was on site four hours until complete. Also, signed up for maintenance contract of plumbing and AC. Was less than we expected, although expensive.
