As first time home buyers, my husband and I were both nervous about the inspection process as we were purchasing an older home. Mike LeBel at BPG Inspections really helped us understand everything we needed to know about our home so we could make an informed decision. Everything from Mike’s expertise to his thorough report and willingness to come back out to re-inspect the home made us feel like he was looking out for our best interest. I have already referred some friends to him and will continue to!

Why 4 stars? Because my inspection went well overall.

I have nothing to compare my inspection to, but I thought mine was pretty solid. Once I had a handyman in here to fix some things up, he was pretty vocal about certain things that should have been pointed out by the inspector that weren’t, and, said that certain things on the inspection report were insignificant.
That was a long sentence.
But bottom line, I am incredibly un-technical and un-handy. Hammering a nail and screwing a screw is usually about where my competence ends in that department. So I don’t really know how to dissect the situation properly.
What I do know is that my inspection did identify some of the bigger issues, and helped give me the peace of mind that I was buying a great house. Robert couldn’t have been nicer, and even gave me a follow up call about three days later just to make sure everything had gone well. So I’m a fan.
