I go to this place often I have not had any problems so far with the morning staff. However there is a man who works the night shift and is very rude and disrespectful. As a person who has worked in this industry I am very upset with the service I have received in the past by this individual. Unfortunately I am not the only one who has had problems with him and think he needs an attitude adjustment.

The people working there are more interested in each other than the customer. Most times must send coffee back because it’s either too creamy or not what I ordered. Today got a hot coffee, an iced coffee & a pumpkin cheesecake square. It. It’s almost $ 9.00. The cheesecake square was the biggest rip off. It’s a donut with pumpkin cream filling & small. Way too expensive! You’re also lucky if you can get a donut at any dunkin. The need to take the donut off there name!

This is the worst Dunkin’s in Hudson and possibly the worst Dunkin’s in existence! Their iced coffee is always incredibly watered down and if you order a turbo shot thru their drive-​thru you can be sure that you will be charged for it but not actually get it. Additionally, there’s one woman in particular who coughs on every single item she hands you. Yuck! I think I’ll stick with Honey Dew from now on.

This location is fairly new. It used to be up the road a piece. The staff here is pretty friendly. No complaints there. But, the quality in the coffee is horrifically inconsistent. I only go here on Friday mornings. Last Friday, my coffee was awesome. Today it was undrinkable. Not a great start to the day. It seems like every other week, the coffee sucks. How hard is it to make coffee? I guess if I have to ask that question then maybe I should just make my own at home, where I know the quality will be consistent, and just bring that with me on my way in to work. C’est la vie. I’ve got some pretty big life decisions to make it seems.
