new location is awesome(too close to the house for any excuses) and the place is clean and members put away their s**t… what else do you need

The new facility is open, bright and very spacious. Not a «gym culture feel» because people are friendly and approachable. The new zumba line up is GREAT, and appeals to all levels and coordination stages. The new spinning room is creepy, but they have a lot of brand new bikes! Really an improvement over the previous facility!

Could not be laid out any worse. Smelled like day old funk and it seemed to be jersey shore convention going on.

This one had a lot more equipment than the location in northborough, but not nearly as the best one in my opinion in Worcester. It kind of plays along with the awkward layout theme like the one in northboro but it functions better. I wouldn’t recommend showering here as it seems pretty dirty but I just come here to have a good workout and the equipment is plentiful for that. I find it comical how all the trainers at boost are overweight and act like they are body builders. **** the new boost in Hudson recently opened so updating the review. I could not have thought of a more awkward way to set up the gym. Major waste of space and too open so everyone just stares at each other. Almost no mirrors. Equipment is not bad but very uncomfortable environment to work out in. Needs some separation and complete rearrange.

It has gone horribly down hill. They do construction in the cardio room. The equipment lacks care. Nobody cleans. The members are second to the trainers and the stupid classes that are way to loud. The staff is unapproachable. The only positive is the membership is cheap. I guess its true. You get what you pay for.
