Between the frightfully dim staff and offendable customer service, Feely’s Pool and Spa should warrant nothing short of a quick sprint as far away as possible. The high school age summer help knows little of what they are doing and frequently neglects what needs to be done. Vacuum my pool? Sure, they’ll just dump chemicals and leave. How about backwash the pool? They’ll dump more chemicals and say they backwashed it(as the pool is still overflowing with water, no less). Management is equally as oblivious. After exclaiming on the phone, ‘I pay my guys $ 12 to come out to you, and others like you, and you all complain.’ To most, that may be a blinding red light that the help is horrible. However, management believes it’s the customers’ faults. Well played. Avoid Feely’s Pool and Spa like the plague. If only the rats were as smart as you will hopefully be, people will be able to avoid this disaster of a business.
