I only come here because the Walmart DD is out of the way from my job, I hate to say but this DD has gone down hill quick! Not only are the 10pm crew rude but they do not know how to correctly make a order. How hard is it to put cream cheese on a TOASTED bagel? And having the wrapper full of jelly, sticky, whip cream on colatta half-a@@ed, with it dripping down the sides, plus it always smells like the sewer there. Hire competent ppl folks, cus they’re bringing down a once wonderful DD

Mostly the donuts here are for the most part good. The only downside is parking? I don’t know if I’m just missing something but I have never seen a DD with no parking lot? Its not even a drive-throu! Get it together guys!

I will only go to this Dunkin Donuts out of desperation. While DD has, as an entire company, gone far far downhill in the past few years, the one on Fairview Ave. seemingly does nothing to make people want to stop there. In the multiple times that I have been here, the staff has been INCREDIBLY unfriendly and bordering on flat out rude. There is typically about four people behind the counter and, from what I have seen, only two of them ever do work at one time. You can wait in front of the register for at least 30 seconds before any one of the staff even acknowledges you, even though you have made eye contact with them. Not to mention the unsually long wait to receive a simple wake up wrap. This does not seem to be a problem at other Dunkin Donuts. With a McDonalds and a Burger King literally right across the street, I can’t believe management at this spot would allow this DD to be so poorly run when there are other viable fast food options just seconds away. It got so bad that I ultimately stopped going there unless, as mentioned above, it’s a last resort.
