Unfortunately, our experience with Encore was not a positive one. We ordered a princess bouncy house for our daughter’s 1 year birthday party. 1 week before the party, we received a call saying the bouncy house we ordered was damaged and not available. They offered us another, smaller bouncy house and offered to refund the $ 55 delivery fee for the inconvenieince. It’s now been over a month and we have yet to receive the refund. Everytime we call, we get the run around and are told the check is in the mail.

It’s a graduation party, in the rain, on a weekend. We needed tents, chairs and tables. Encore Party Rentals were there like post office workers, and banging stakes like it was 1910.
The girl on the phone was easy to talk to and very helpful, dare I say more. Any last minute additions to my order were not a problem, (sometimes a man needs a bigger grill).
Sudbury Taylor Rental is the only other closest option, but their selection is less than that of Mr. T’s vocabulary. For hassle-​free rentals, this is the place to check out.
