Jason’s AAA Landscaping

I use Jason’s AAA Landscaping for fall and spring cleanups, mowing and they built my backyard patio. They did and do a fantastic job I cannot understand the previous reviewers comments as to me it sounds like an entirely different company. They are always on time (unless of course it rains for a week but that is to be expected) I have no trouble reaching the office, I frequently get the office manager as Jason is a working owner but if I need to speak to him they forward my message and he always gets back to me.
My patio he built is absolutely beautiful and he has never «almost» run over my dog, but that may be because my dog doesn’t run in the street. The best part of all is he is very affordable.

I only wish I had read the reviews first. The only time you can actually communicate with Jason is to ask for service or refuse to pay.
We had many of the same issues with lack of communication, and they show up unexpected and unannounced. Almost ran over my dogs as they let out to run free.
The patio design was not what we wanted and not what we showed Jason. His response «this is typical». We asked him to assemble a pergola, it wasn’t correct and voided our warranty. Not to mention the broken pavers left in the side yard. (Was he waiting for us to ruin our mower)?
After all was said and done and I received an invoice, I asked Jason to come back to review the issues. He called immediately and was very brash and started to demand payment. I tried to explain to him the job was not complete he continued to argue. We asked him to come on Wednesday at 4 o’clock he showed up at 3 o’clock. He didn’t come back out on Thursday to fix the issues. I paid him in full and will never do business with him again. If you’re looking for someone who does not communicate does not show up when they say they’re going to and does not complete the job this is your guy.

I had Jason come out and give me a quote for a spring clean up and to have a pile of branches removed. He quoted me $ 200. It seemed like a fair price so I agreed. He said he couldn’t come out the following week but would call to schedule a day to come out the following week. I have a dog so I like to know when to expect people. 12 days later I still hadn’t heard from him, that evening at 5:30 he crew showed up unannounced. I had them do the work and asked again that the branches be removed. 1.5 hours later they were gone and the branches were still there. I called the following morning (Friday) and didn’t get a returned call. 7:30 pm on Sunday a guy comes to take the branches which I had already broken down and bagged up and asked for a check for $ 490!!! More than double the agreed upon price. I gave the guy a check for the agreed upon 200 and left another message on the answering machine. It’s very frustrating not to be able to reach someone and to not have messages returned.

This business did a good job at snowplowing our driveway last winter, but this year when I called for service after a storm and with no way to get out since our snowblower broke, they told me they had decided to drop customer’s from our town.
Pretty lousy that they didn’t call their regular customers and notify them before the snow season. Instead we had to find out when we called them for snowplowing services… leaving us in the lurch.
