Just moved to Hudson and I was looking for a good men’s store. I came to buy a pair of slacks and ended up buying a couple suits too. Barry, the assistant manager, did a great job. Good selection.
The problem came when I sent someone from my office to pick up the suit for me to take to a meeting out of town. I received the wrong suit! Ok, it happens. I get it but what happened afterwards is what impressed me and why I wanted to write this review.
I called and I happened to get Scott, the store manager. I explained what happened. I received an apology and a refund on some costs of alteration. Job well done! I am glad I came here and I look forward to doing business here again.

Had two of the four suits I ordered sent to this store and had all four altered here. Suits were of good quality as well as the tailoring. Scott R. the Store Manager conducted the fitting and was courteous and did a good job. But two small but glaring service issues stuck with me, the store did not proactively call me each time when my suits were shipped to the store and when the alterations were done. Jos A Bank has decent service but their attentiveness can be lacking. But I would loosely recommend them.
