This place had terrible food and I waited 23 minutes in the drive through. I talked to the manager who was rude. This was a terrible experience and I have been here once before and it was just as bad… I went again thinking that was an isolated incidence.. I was wrong!!! Horrible place for food.

I have never waited less than 15 – 20 mins for my food. The service is awful they are never prepared to serve food. I really mean they seem to be amazed someone has ordered chicken or anything. The staff is always laughing and joking with each other while the dinning room is full of people waiting for their food. This is probably the worst KFC I have every been too. I’m not sure how they stay in business and how everyone has not been fired yet. It’s a sad and unhappy place to go for customers and nobody leaves happy.

I agree with the review below. This is everything but a «fast» food place. It’s amazing how slow the staff moves. I’ve sat in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes waiting… and waiting. This is never the place to go if you’re in a rush. Awful.

First time almost here last week. Went to the drive thru. 14 min wait for original… fast food my @@@
