The management has turned the quality and speed of service around. Thanks for making this one of the best Bells in the area.

Worst drive through ever!!! The service is slow and the food looks like it was shot out of a cannon when you open it and that’s when they get the order right. The 2 burritos I ordered might as well have been eaten with a spoon ! Never again

It’s pretty meh even for taco bell during the day, but if you go at night and I mean like past 9:30, its one of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. I really only eat here when I get off work, but even then I’ll go here every couple weeks. Have not had the KFC part before, but I’m sure it’s the same way.

I don’t care what any purist says. This is Mexican food the way I like it. They have a big variety. Maybe too much. I have never had a bad item. Lately get the burrito in a dish with sauce on it. Very good. Also the Mexican pizza. Prices are good too. I usually eat inside. Too messy for car.

If you can’t figure out how to operate a drive thru, don’t have one. Just be a dine in restaurant. I’m currently sitting in the drive thru lane and have been for 15 minutes. If I could get out somehow, I would.
This place sucks.

if there was such thing as ‘slow cheap food’ this location would take the headlines. Its 7:25pm on a tuesday night and all i wanted was a doritos taco. however it is now 7:40pm and i have now just recieved my ONE doritos taco. There was a long line of cars in drive thru NOT moving one guy i think turned OFF his engine so i went inside. the interior is very dim and there were dirty napkins here and there. the cash counter had smears of i assume hot sauce and drops of grease.

I wish I didn’t have to give this location even one star. Was there the other night and it took over 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. At least when I ordered a taco salad this time, they had it. Unfortunately, they forgot the tortilla strips, sour cream, and side of cantina salsa. They got my drink wrong, didn’t give me any utensils, napkins, or hot sauce. It just sucks. Avoid it and go somewhere else.

I had a coupon for two free items. The coupon very specifically states what I can and cannot order. It says nothing whatsoever about substitutions. I ordered two burritos with a substitution and they attempted to charge me for it (it would’ve cost another 30 cents per burrito). I pointed out to them that the coupon said two free items, and that substitutions were not mentioned on the coupon as a limiting factor. They insisted on charging me, and I refused to be charged. The manager, Ariel, said, «Then you get no burritos,» and handed me back the coupon in a huff. Perhaps she’s illiterate, but either way, I won’t be eating at this or any Taco Bell until the district manager calls me to fully rectify the situation.
UPDATE: The district manager reached out to me with an apology and a promise that the staff would be trained in how to handle coupons as well as customer service. Sure enough, when I returned, the staff were more accommodating. Thank you!

My husband just went to pick up a 12 piece meal of chicken, mashed, gravy & 2 sides and we were shorted 1 of each piece of chicken. Supposed to be 3 of each and only got 2 of each and when I tried to call, the fax kept ringing, nobody answered. Heading down there tomorrow morning for sure! How many people do you you think actually even bother to count their pieces??? Not right!!!

Very very clean. Very nice people behind counter and food was hot and fresh.

If they always had the KFC grilled chicken this place may even be 4 stars to me. They just recently upgrade the inside of the restaurant which I really appreciated because I eat in so not to make my car smell like tacos.

OK this is a chain nothing fancy… nothing even really that great but in a pinch and in the need for tacos or popcorn chicken it can work…
The Doritos taco is crazy good — crazy because it shouldn’t be happening but yet it is so good that you don’t want to stop eating it! The taco bell side always has fresh toppings and makes things how I ask.
The KFC side is OK — the fried chicken almost seems soggy sometimes — but the popcorn chicken is always good.

The service here sucks and they NEVER have what i want. they always forget to give me something ive ordered.

First off this is next to a Wal-​Mart, so just put things in perspective.
This is a good KFC, not the best but it dose have a Taco Bell attached to it so that’s always a plus that I can get a taco to eat on the way home with a family sized bucket of chicken!
This is still a fast food joint, not the cleanest place but not the worst. The service depended on luck of the draw, sometimes you’ll get someone who actually cares and sometimes you’ll get a greeseball that’s useless. The food has always come out hot and never missed an order but sometimes I have to wait over 10 min’s without warning for ‘fast food’ and not a special case where they were cooking the food because they ran out.
With coupons and specials this place is a great value for food, last night for 16 pieces of chicken 3 sides 6 biscuits and a soft taco for under $ 20
If you like KFC this is a good place to go, if you don’t then don’t go here. If your looking to try KFC for the 1^st time… looking around this still might be the best place in the area west of 128.
