The 1st time I ordered from here, the food was great, the people were friendly, and it is in a pretty convenient location on forest ave. My aunt loved the place that was there before, Julianna’s Kitchen, but I hated it. So when North End opened up, I felt I had to try it. I ordered a small cheese pizza, and it tasted AMAZING. But for some reason, every time I go now, the food gets worse and worse, and so does the staff and their service. Cj’s, Brothers’, and Villa are right down the street too, so if they want me to spend my money there ever again, they better up their game, as the places I mentioned, excluding Villa, are always busy and consistent, though Villa is less popular. I recommend restaurants to many people, but though my recommendations are not always the same, I always say«Don’t go to North End and pay 15 bucks for a small pizza.

Stopped in for a quick bite and we ordered a large pizza and some drinks. Pizza was ready in short order and very tasty. Great sauce, homemade meatballs and a very good crust… Not sure when they changed hands as far as ownership, but I would suggest those that had poor experiences before give it another shot. I’ll definitely be going back and will be adding to the rotation at work as well…

We had a half cheese/half meatball and mushroom pizza for lunch today. The sauce on the pizza was fresh and tasty. The meatballs tasted homemade and the pizza had a delicious crispy crust. We will definitely return.

Horrible service. Called at 5:47pm for 2 large pizzas and the woman on phone told me about 30 minutes. I showed up at 6:28pm and they hadn’t even started cooking it! I was then asked 2 times what I was waiting for and then they came out with a small pizza after I waited for about 20 minutes. Never ordering from there again. Not even deserving of 1 star.

Have tried north end many times and each time it’s worse and worse. When they 1st opened it was awesome. Fresh hot pizza and friendly service. I paced a order and was told to pick up in 35 minutes. When I picked up and got there the order was done and of course mixed up with somebody else’s and was cold very very unorganized Don’t worry Kindles or Slaters. This is no competion for you guys to worry about

We are so glad we decided to try this place after the change in ownership. The pizza is a huge improvement and the subs and salads are all very good. We’ve been happy with the service and the friendly staff when placing orders. The salads are very good. However the salad dressing — that comes in packets here — is not as good as most of the restaurants in the area. It doesn’t do justice to tasty food and salads on the menu.

This place is total crap. My office ordered lunch today. Everyone got pizza, so they ordered three pizzas, but there we only two in the order. So, whatever they didn’t charge it they just forgot. I don’t eat meat or cheese, so I ordered one of their salads and asked to sub for extra veg. I order the baby spinach, no bacon no cheese extra veg. You can see the rip off meal I was given in the photo. All I got was a tray of spinach, two artichoke hearts and a few slivers of red pepper. What a complete rip off. Julianna’s kitchen, who was here before, was crap too and went out of business. I am gonna smile when this place closes its doors too. You cannot rip customers off like that and get away with it.

The steak and cheese sub was really good, and the teriyaki wings were great too… Until a little baby cockroach waltzed right out of the bag. I couldn’t bring myself to finish them after that. Bummer.

The owner actually addressed my of negative experience so proactively I had to change my rating. I still haven’t ate here but the menu looks very current and tasty, great looking combos on the pizza.

Ordered a sub at the counter and decided to stick around while it was cooking.(I was the only person in the restaurant and the phone rang once)… I had realized I forgot to ask for it to be toasted, so I walked back up the counter… and waited… and waited. Eye contact was made, twice, by the kid making each thing individually but with no additional acknowledgment. Also did not tell the woman working with him. So I stood there, and after a while the woman just looked at me, no «can I help you?» etc. Once the sub was ready, neither of them raised their voice above a whisper to say«you’re all set!» Very awkward! I haven’t even eaten my sandwich yet and I’m already displeased! Will edit to reflect the food… Sandwich was average at best(and that’s all there really is to say about it)

I travel through the back roads of Hudson to get to Sudbury from Route 290 all of the time and decided to get a pie on the way home. Bottom line is that the pizza was really good. I ordered a «large cheese pizza» by phone and it was ready as promised. I actually arrived 5 minutes early and was told it was still in the oven. Sat outside for five minutes, went back in and the cook handed me my pizza. I would definitely get a pizza from here again.

The food is very good. Good pizza, good pasta meals. But the service has gone way downhill. The friendly people who seemed to be there when they first opened now seem to be replaced by less friendly people. And tonight they took an hour and twenty-five minutes to deliver my order, forgot part of it, and didn’t apply a coupon I had mentioned when ordering. They did reimburse me when they later brought my forgotten item, but come on. Sadly I think we are done with this place, which is too bad because we thought we had found our new local favorite. I hope they can get it together and get more organized.

SO sad… the food has been great; however, the service was extremely rude and inefficient. I called for a delivery order at 10:45 to be delivered at 12. It arrived 20 minutes early while I was in a meeting and could not pick it up. Instead of waiting, the driver left and now I am hungry and out 20 bucks. You SUCK!

I ordered delivery online so I didn’t encounter poor customer service. However, my pizza was cold by the time it was delivered(over an hour after it was ordered). The pizza WOULD have been good had it not been 1 hour+ old. Won’t order from them, again.

Ordered chicken piccata that was picked up. Got it home and found out it was missing the chicken. When I called, the lady on the phone wasn’t very apologetic but asked for my address to send it to me. Meanwhile, I ate my pasta. The pasta was over cooked. There was at least 2 tablespoons of raw garlic in large pieces on it that rendered it inedible. 25 minutes later the driver arrived with not a new meal, but 3 lukewarm, overlooked pieces of chicken. The dish cost me 9.99 and I couldn’t even eat it. Will never go back to this place!

Food is great. I love the bread you use for your subs. I gave 3 stars because phone etiquette needs improvement. Every time I call I feel like i’m bothering you. I’ll continue to order from you, for now!
