The manager is unprofessional using personal credit card for a personal cell months(from March Through June) related to a named business. They associated our personal card with all corp business purchases and he has zero empathy when this is pointed out to him. We love TC Landos, but with his attitude we are not sure we ever want to go back. Sorry. The food is great, but be careful if you use credit card. Not happy at all. We thank the internal person in our company who alerted us of this behavior that happened this week. Called 3 times with zero resolution, just more attitude from him. Stopped in and more attitude. No thank you.

The phone rings forever and you get put on hold… Unless you want something here that they cannot make elsewhere I wouldn’t consider ordering here…

Had my first pizza from TC Landos earlier this week. My first impression of it. Was the price. I didn’t like it. I paid $ 30.01 for 2 pizzas(plain cheese, and a pepperoni). So upon first impression I thought it was pricey. That’s like papa Gino’s specialty pizza pricing. Everyone really liked the pizza, some thought it greasy. It was a little but nothing crazy. It was the really thin stuff. Perfect for loading parmesan cheese all over it. We all really liked it. It was nice. My only take back was the price. I think maybe next time I’ll try to eat in and expand my horizons of this place. I would be excited because the pizza was super good so I would love to try more. Unfortunately I didn’t dine in so I can only comment on the delivered pizza.

I personally know the owners of the TC Lando’s businesses and I am not here to bash them. I grew up with them in their home town of Maynard and ate the food for many years. I also worked for them in the 90’s and now I feel the need to leave a review of my recent experiences. I visit the Hudson store frequently and despite their significant increase in prices, the portions have not followed suit. The large specialty Cheesesteaks cost between $ 11-$ 13 dollars and are basically a small sub roll with a little extra steak and a ton of toppings. 100% of the time I only order pick-up. Their sub rolls are still excellent quality bread and seems like a local bakery product. Their steak is good and the toppings are fresh… I just wish they gave you more these days for their prices. Considering many sub & sandwich shops offer large steak specialty subs for around $ 9, you really should consider how much your charging vs. what your serving your customers. I am in your corner T. C’s…I really am! Please bring back the value?

Love their pizza I’m addicted to it. I work a block away and walk down to luck up pizza frequently. I love that they have slices of their massive pizza. It’s phenomenal. Steak and cheese is to die for.

I would drive a good half an hour to pick up the best sandwiches @ TC Landos. It’s always an adventure trying new items at the Resturant, it’s packed with a lot of flavoring and toppings.

It takes a lot, to move me to leave a review. Whether positive and even more-so negative. I’ve left positive reviews and it is truly a great feeling, to share with others, when I have an excellent experience. It is equally painful to leave a negative review when having a TERRIBLE one. As a business owner myself I know how devastating it could be to receive one. I say that because, even knowing that myself, I still felt moved to leave a negative review. I’m sitting here at 8:15pm feeling denied and sorry for the owner of this business. I picked up the phone at 8:05 pm to place a delivery order from here. Their hours of operation clearly state they are OPEN until 9pm. The man who normally answers the phone asked whether it was for Hudson or Marlborough. I told him Hudson, to which he replied«we close in 30 minutes, and cannot take a delivery order.» Besides all of the ways this is wrong– what stood out to me is: Why exactly would you ask what town the delivery was for if you weren’t willing to make a delivery anyway? Let alone answer the phone? If I were the owner of this business I would relish at the opportunity to make money. Even up to the last minute. I own a car dealership. If a customer pulled into my lot as late as 5 minutes before I closed, I would not only serve the customer, but I’d be grateful for the opportunity. This experience has made me feel a deep disdain for this restaurant. I know they don’t care about one unhappy customer, it’s obvious they don’t if they’re willing to deny service as early as 50 minutes before closing. I will certainly NEVER give them my business again. This place can pump out some good eats, but it’s not good enough for me to ignore my better judgement. If you’re looking for a review to judge the quality of the food I’d give them 3 stars. As for service: this experience was bad enough for me to not only take away the 3 stars but to give them the lowest rating possible. I’d give them 0 stars if it were possible. I hope the owner sees this review and you learn your lesson. Never turn a customer away. By the way I live less than 1 mile away from there.

We popped in here for some pizza on Saturday afternoon. We ordered our food and sat down. The sitting area was dirty and wreaked due to the unclean bathroom. The service was brutally slow. Several folks were in line checking on their orders and or requesting refunds. When we finally go our food it was average for a neighborhood pizza place. The poor cleanliness and service ruined the experience for me. I will not be back.

I’ve been to the sub shop four times. Why I went back after the third strike I don’t know. Every order was wrong. Actually I do know, I was starving. And they screwed up my order again. I ordered and paid for a cheesesteak and a jalapeño popper side and got a different sub with a cup of jalapeños. When I went in and told the kid I didn’t get my jalapeño poppers he told me it would cost me four bucks to get them. I was so disgusted with the service I walked out before I said anything stupid. As I was walking out the door actually asked me «do you want your cheese steak». I’m sure that once he starts eating the sub I left behind you realize it’s not a cheesesteak. Also, since I ordered the food by phone I was expecting a call from Management. The call Never came. Don’t waste you’re time.

Everyone I know loves Lando’s. They all say the steak bomb grinder thing is the best. But I don’t eat steak so I’ve never tried it. What I have tried is the pizza, calzones, a quesadilla, fries, and a few other things. And I didn’t really like it. Every time I go I try to find something new so that I can like the place as much as everyone else seems to, but I just don’t I guess. I have no real complaints, there’s nothing terribly wrong about the place, I just feel like things are too greasy and I just don’t like the food because of it.

This place has the best Steak and Cheese subs around. They are tasty and HUGE! Basically all of their hot subs are excellent. Aside from the steak based subs I also love the Chickaloni. It’s chicken, pepperoni, provolone and tomato sauce. Their bread is fantastic. Their pizza is so good. A lot of people overlook it but it has a crisp yet doughy crust, amazing toppings and vibrant flavors. I also enjoy their salads with chicken. They grill up chicken chunks(the same as in the subs) for the salads w/meat… mmm…what a tasty place! Enjoy!

Their Italian sub is probably the worst one that I’ve ever had. They even forgot to add oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. I thought that for $ 8+ I’d get my money’s worth but I ended up throwing it away after the first few bites. My girlfriend got the chicken quesadilla and they clearly used their pizza cheese in the quesadilla and it was soggy, dripping with grease.

These guys say they have THE best Philly Cheesesteak around. I have not had said sandwich in Philly, but I can say the food at TC Landos is worth a 40 minute(or more) drive. These are the kind of sandwiches you dream about. The Kamikaze is a favorite, full or steak, Italian sausage, bacon, pepperoni, BBQ sauce & provolone cheese-oh my! The Cherry Bomb, Smokey Joe, Giambotta, & Mis-Steak are all delicious. The Chicken Parm was classic and hearty. The Turkey Stiletto is one of my favorites-BBQ Sauce on fresh Dough with Turkey, Bacon & Provolone Cheese then rolled & baked in the oven-like nothing else! Their pizza is also delicious, but when I make the trip it is usually for the subs I have been fantasizing about. Go ahead and spring for the large, it is generally only a dollar more and about double the size-you will be happy you did!

TC Lando’s has a reputation for making delicious steak subs, this is true. My son always orders steak and says it’s the best, but I don’t eat steak. What I recommend and crave on a regular basis is their Tory’s Original Chicken Burrito. Soooo good, there’s something just a bit sweet about the hot sauce and I love it! They serve tortilla chips with the burrito and that bit of salt provides a nice balance. Just writing this review makes me want one. They’ve recently redone the dining room which is a nice improvement, we never liked those hanging spot lights over the tables. My only suggestion for improvement would be to turn up the heat in the dining area, in winter it is very chilly in there.

TC Lando’s in Hudson is one of my favorite places to eat. I’ve been there many times and it’s one of my favorite places to meet my friend for lunch. I absolutely love their cheesesteak’s and I’ve liked everything else that I’ve tried. This should be a 5 star review and it would be if I wasn’t sitting here waiting for my for my food that I ordered 2 hours ago. If they can’t deliver their food within a reasonable amount of time they shouldn’t offer delivery.

I like TC Lando’s in general. I usually visit the one in Acton, but this one is sometimes convenient for take-out and because it has a larger dining room area. Speaking of which, that’s the reason I went into this TC Landon’s one day, and why I haven’t been able to eat at TC Lando’s ever since. It isn’t the food. The food was good — Pizza was good, my steak/cheese was terrific. But the problem was eating in the restaurant. When I walked into the main dining area, I could smell a cleaning solution/deoderizer in the room. Looking immediately to the right, you could see the bathroom. But the problem… and this is what REALLY grossed me out… was that if you walk into the bathroom, that’s definitely where the deoderizer came from AND if you dare to look up, you can see that the ceiling/roof is actually open to the dining area. So there isn’t a real ‘fan’ in the bathroom or a ventilation — the bathroom isn’t sealed from the eating area. Maybe that doesn’t bother some people, but it just seems like it would be a kind of violation and I couldn’t eat the food with the smell of the bathroom just being… ‘out there’. So… to summarize, I liked the food. But unfortunately I haven’t been able to dis-associate their food from the memory of the smell of a toilet deoderizer and can’t help but wonder why/how they can possibly be allowed to keep the bathroom open as it is…

Honestly, I wasn’t blown away. I tried the cheesesteak and it was good but I’ve definitely had better. The guys at the counter weren’t very friendly, of course they’re always really busy. The whole we will only call your name once thing seems hostile. In a crowded restaurant lobby packed with people, screaming kids, and people on their phones(despite the sign posted to discourage this, which I love) it’s hard to hear sometimes. If you don’t call ahead when it’s busy prepare to wait and wait some more. A chicken fajita wrap and a cheesesteak took over an hour to get. I was a little bothered that people who came in and ordered after us got their food before we did. Overall experience just wasn’t good. That cheesesteak was so not worth waiting over an hour for.
