If you live in MA, NH, RI and the other parts of New England that Reeds Ferry Sheds services and need a shed, look no further. Top notch customer service and exceptional quality are just two of the reasons that this small, family owned company has been in business for over 50 years.
As many other people have noted in their reviews, their customer service is second to none. From helping me choose the right shed (that nicely matches my house), to site prep and installation. The team at Reeds Ferry Shed was friendly and helpful the entire way. I’m also confident that if I ever have a problem that they’ll stand by their 30 year warranty.
Having previously worked in construction I can appreciate the workmanship and quality of materials that goes into their sheds, which is the other big reason I recommend Reeds Ferry: they by far have the highest quality sheds in the area. The plastic things they sell at the big box stores are a joke and look like they’ll fall apart within a year or two. Similarly the framed wooden sheds they sell at the big box stores might not look that bad, but upon closer inspection you can tell they cut corners and the materials aren’t as good. There are also some other stores in the area that sell nice, well built sheds but even these are surpassed by Reeds Ferry in regards to materials and workmanship.
Price wise the sheds are competitive with other shed builders in the area, and while they may be more expensive than what you get at the big box stores if you consider that you are making an investment in a high quality structure that will stand up to the elements and the test of time, than the price is easily justifiable.
Again, there’s a reason this family business has been around for 50+ years; customer service and quality.

I recently moved to Lexington and needed a shed. I’m really happy with the one we picked out and their team couldn’t have been nicer to work with. Not long after getting the shed we decided to add flower boxes. The boxes were reasonably priced and to our surprise after we notified them, they came out two days later and installed the boxes at no extra cost. I can’t say enough about Reed’s Ferry… solid company.

I replaced our old ugly metal shed with a new one from Reeds Ferry. It was a good experience. The staff was extremely helpful. They answered all my questions, took the order over the phone, and kept me informed on the delivery date. The crew arrived on time, ripped down the old shed, and put the new one up in three hours! They were fantastic — very professional and organized! The shed looks great. My wife is thrilled (and my neighbors are jealous :) It was money well spent and I highly recommend Reeds Ferry sheds. I posted before and after pictures — can you tell which is the new one!!! Haha

I have a shed from Reeds Ferry and I could not be happier with the entire profile of this proud New Hampshire company. As a matter of fact, I am planning to purchase an additional shed next spring.
The quality of the company and its services is excellent from start to finish. The workmanship of the shed is superior in everyway. All of the communications with the office staff as well as men who assembled were top notch.
Actually, there was a small board on the ramp into the shed that was very slightly upturned. I did not expect that it would be eligible for repair but called anyway to simply check on that fact. I was pleasantly surprised when the gentlemen answering the phone said he would send someone to look at it within five business days. The board was replaced and I continue to be very satisfied customer.

Wow! These guys are first class. We witnessed the delivery & set up of an absolutely gorgeous, well constructed shed. Nick, Josh & Brian were very professional & well choreographed in assembling the shed. They worked nonstop like a precision piece of equipment. In 2 hours they had assembled a top quality structure, they were neat & left nothing behind. Amazing. Gentlemen to the end. When they read the Reeds Ferry Warrantee aloud, we were astounded again. You guys are great. A quality performance. 10 STARS!!!

I don’t write reviews often but my husband and I are so impressed with Reeds Ferry Sheds that I want to share my experience. We bought our shed over 5 years ago and due to some settling one of the doors was not lining up quite right, making it difficult to shut completely. I’m sure tough winters and abuse by my kids has contributed to the problem. My husband called up Reeds Ferry, told them the problem and they promptly came out and completely replaced the doors – NO QUESTIONS ASKED and at NO CHARGE!!! So rare to get such amazing customer service! Other than the small problem with the door, our shed has held up beautifully. I highly recommend Reeds Ferry.

These guys are THE BEST. I have two sheds from them and not only are they both top quality but IF there is EVER a problem, they will take care of it — no questions asked. The door on a shed I purchased over 5 years ago was not closing exactly right. I went to their website, sent an email to service describing the problem and provided my address. Not only did they respond to my email within 24 hours, but they had a guy come by and fix the door within the week — NO CHARGE. And all this without the typical «Please call our service line during business hours to discuss». In this day and age, where do you get that service on a 5-​year old product.

REALLY happy so far with the service we’ve gotten from Reed’s Ferry. We stumbled over them in the winter and went in to look at Sheds. The sheds are gorgeous… really well made and very roomy. They can adapt them to almost any type of need or usage and that was very attractive for us because we desperately need to maximize our storage.
They wrote us a quote and we went home to save our pennies… and then lost the quote.
I contacted them via email and also discovered that they do live chat through the website. Kara was super prompt and helpful, found the quote and emailed it to me. About five minutes later I got a response to my email as well… I said super prompt, right?
I love it when a vendor has speeding communication so this made a perfect impression on me. Going to go home now and get those pennies. :-)

Reeds Ferry is the BEST place around to but a shed!
They have a wide selection of styles available. We bought our shed there years ago, and it still looks great! We just went back recently to buy a pergola for the top.
They even have a shed or should I say small building that you could use for an ice cream stand! Great place, and great people.

About a month ago, I gave Reeds Ferry sheds a two star review due to the lack of communication regarding an on-​site measurement and shed assessment, and mentioned that I would take my business elsewhere.
Well, one of the owners of the company, Tim Carleton, called me after reading the review. He apologized profusely and wanted to know how and where they «dropped the ball» and to discuss exactly what happened. He offered me the shed of my choice for half the price and came out for the measurement with Mike Lacorsia, the on-​site guy. Now it’s two weeks later and I already have a beautiful brand new shed for cost! That also included hauling my old shed away and the crushed stone base prep!
Tim and Mike offered thier sincere apologies and more than made up for the lack of communication during earlier attempts for an on-​site. They are very committed to thier company, the quality of thier products, customer satisfaction and fixing any future communication problem. They bent over backwards for me and I would give them 10 stars if I could!
