This is a true mom-​n-​pop type store with hard working and very accommodating owners. I was in Hudson, NY just for fun and dropped in. Sometimes good things just happen when you don’t expect them!
My visit included several in-​store tastings and a fun 30 minute conversation that helped me to see how passionate they are about their end products. My home kitchen is now stocked with several of their infused olive oils and vinegars.
Several of my kids like cook. Guess what they getting for Christmas?
