The worst pool service, didn’t know how to take care of a pool. Also the owner is rude, and the secretary is rude to. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A DIFFERENT POOL SERVICE.

This company was referred to me by my home warranty service. Their technician, David, was very professional, polite, and thorough. He not only solved the problems I was having, he took me through every step as he diagnosed and fixed it. He knows his stuff!
Now I feel like I know so much more about my pool equipment. My pump, filter and vacuum are running better than ever now.

It probably helps that Roam Dunn, the owner of the company, is so personable and hands-​on, but I also appreciate that he is so knowledgable and honest about his work. I have gotten to the point to just ask him to just do what needs to be done, but he still likes to inform me of what is going on. He has helped me in several «crisis» situations as well as the weekly chemical service, and I’m happy to give him the highest rating.

I have utilized the services of his company on many, many occasions. I am not a regular customer as I do my own chemicals, brushing and backwashing. (I also work closely with the pool industry as a manufacturer and supplier of products sold to pool servicers and pool or spa homeowners). I say all that because I have never met anyone in the entire pool industry who is more knowledable than Roam Dunn, the manager of this business. He is hands on and honest, hard working and caring. If you need pool or spa related service, I highly recommend Pure Water.
