What a pleasant surprise! We were promptly greeted by «DJ,» whom I imagine is a volunteer or intern at the museum. He was extremely knowledgeable, took his time in explaining each exhibit and encouraged us to explore the museum to our content. The facility was clean & the gift shop offered a nice assortment of mementos. Very commendable work, and a nice to see the preservation of the Nantasket!

Dear Hull Lifesaving Museum, I never actually got to go to you. Your hours posted on both your website and your answering machine stated«Open seven days a week, 10 a.m. — 4 p.m.». However, when we arrived at 11:45 a.m. yesterday you weren’t open. There wasn’t a soul in sight. Your doors were locked and you looked dark and sad. Why weren’t you open? We really, really wanted to come in and take a look around. I’m giving you three stars only because everyone in Hull and the surrounding area(and I mean everyone) rave about your facility and how awesome everything inside is. The next time I’m in Hull I’ll be back to check you out, but I really wish you’d post your hours properly or let me know if you’ve gone out to lunch so I don’t stand outside like an idiot for 15 minutes waiting to see if someone will actually come and open the doors. Thanks! Love, Me
