Per Patti R: My air-​conditioning broke down in the middle of August. After calling several air-​conditioning companies I called Arring’s AC and Heating. Matt was very helpful. They had the best bid by far and they installed a new air-​conditioning system for me quickly. Thank you very much.

The tech came out twice rude both times. Once to check on a possible leak and blew out my lines. Keep in mind the AC blew cold air just fine before he came. Once he left my AC started blowing hot air. My wife called them back and the guy was rude to her said we’re to busy and said this is Houston in the summer. Then the guy actually shows back up with an attitude right when he walks in the door. Slams my addict ladder down goes half way up not even close enough to see the AC and then tells me it’s not his problem, someone will come out Monday. the company should seriously think twice about sending this guy out again. It’s Friday!!! in the middle of the summer, I have a 6 month old and my thermostat says 90. I would give him zero stars if it was an option.

The tech came to my house. Explained to me that he was too busy to explain to me what was wrong with my AC and that he had to hurry and get to the next house and still charged me a fee to come out to my house. What a joke. I could not make this stuff up. I’ll never use them again.

I chose this company because of a neighbors recommendation. I’m glad I did… they were able to come out the next day and my A/​C unit is still blowing strong!
