Atascocita Pines

Very bad customer service. Every time I needed to be in contact with them for something as small as a maintenance issue. It would take them weeks with an answer and that’s because I would have to call everyday. Also they don’t give deposits back. They say they do but they charge on your deposit once you move out for carpet removal, deep cleaning, ect. I lived on third floor and had kids sitting on the 3^rd stair case smoking illegal substances and would leave a big mess from the tobacco they would remove from the cigars. I had a huge roach infestation and called the exterminator every week and it would only get worse. The people on the 1^st floor were very dirty, so it was impossible to get rid of. I moved out and now i am having issues today with the roaches from there! I’ve gotten towed 3 times from my own personal reserved parking spot for having a rental due to an accident with my car and when I got a new car. A parking spot that I pay for every month and I had to pay the tow every time, the apartments are «not» responsible for it. All in all I am so glad I am out of there finally!
