Ballard’s Pest Control

Very much appreciate the thoroughness of the inspection and the honest report on a house we are buying. The gentleman met our realtor at the house for the WDI inspection, was on time, and made several additional suggestions in the report to communicate to the sellers in an effort to help protect our interest. We will definitely be using Ballard again.
I did not give the total 5 stars due to the receptionist even though the actual service is a 5 star service. While her job is not to brighten my day and ask how my kids are doing or to find out if we have common interests that would allow enjoyable and lengthy conversation, the woman needs to learn how to say things like «hello», «thank you for choosing us», «have a nice day»…you know, simple things that let people know you appreciate their business. But even with Oscarette the Grouchette as a receptionist, the quality of service is excellent.

Used Ballard’s to complete the termite inspection on the home we are buying, and they were fantastic. They had been recommended by several people, and lived up to their reputation. Very reasonably priced. They took the time to explain the process during the inspection, and caught a brand new termite infestation. The sellers used them to treat it, and we will continue to use them to keep our home termite free.
