That is a very generic response. The problem is I have witnessed the specific problems I speak of. My family member, that your facility deemed not to be fit to live on his own, is now thriving on his own, very happy and taking a fraction of the medication your facility prescribed. Oh and are you still adding the medications to the food when the PATIENTS do not take them voluntarily. Keep up the practice and there might be enough people to warrant a class action !

SILVERADO is an absolutely PHENOMENAL FACILITY! My father has been at this facility since May 2013. After discovering that my father has an agressive brain tumor, we decided that his last resting place would be at SILVERADO. My family and I cannot begin to thank the staff and the administration of this facility enough! Each and every time there is a change in my fathers health or a status change, they immediately call me to update me on his progress. On several occasions, visitors have come into the facility and asked for my father. If Silverado does not know the person, they will immediately phone me and touch base with me. My fathers disease has been very agressive. Silverado is always willing to entertain any ideas that we may have on my fathers health and well being. When dad was falling at one point, they had a sitter with my father until we figured out what we were going to do. The people that work here LOVE WORKING HERE and in my opinion they are not only CLASS ACTS but they are extremely KIND and LOVING! I have seen some of the residents become very agressive with the staff and they always react with PURE KINDNESS! As I mentioned to a friend of mine recently, if my husband and I ever required assisted living, we would want to be at SILVERADO!
