AMAZING! The staff is unbelievably knowledgeable and willing to share all types of information. I talked with Roy a few times before taking my 535iXdrive in. I asked some things that I knew to see what type of response I would get. Every answer was precise. I also asked questions about topics that I wasn’t sure about and he was able to make it all make sense. I’m beyond satisfied with the service that I received and I will be bringing my vehicle here in the future.

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this shop is. They are so kind and caring not words usually associated with a car repair shop. As a single woman it is hard to find a repair shop that is this honest. They take the time to explain everything to me in terms that are easy for me to understand. Customer for life. Got transmission work done on my E39. Roy was very helpful and flexible since the shop was pretty far from where I live and work. All in all great work and price was reasonable compared to other BMW shops, not to mention dealerships. And the technical expertise is second to none.

I get my bmw serviced here quite often. They are very friendly and the work is great. I trust them with my vehicle and they are not pushy on other services. Any services that are immediately necessary they tell that if not, they let you know it can wait.
It’s a little far from home but I drive the extra distance because I trust them with my vehicle.

I have nothing but praise for Bimmer Workshop. After unsatisfactory experiences at BMW dealerships and other independent shops, I found Bimmer 7 years ago. Their work is right the first time, they thoroughly explain alternatives and have counseled me to avoid unnecessary and costly repairs. I trust them completely.

The team at Bimmer workshop is the best choice to take your BMW when it is out of warranty. I have been taking my BMWs there for 10+ years and have found that they operate with integrity and customer first attitude. Their pricing is also 15−20% less that the typical dealer price. Highly recommended.

Just went there the other day for an oil change. I am still very satisfied with the quickness of the work, and boy they did a great job washing my car (it really needed it). For $ 95, I will be back!!!

These guys make BMW ownership very affordable. I would not consider taking my wife’s BMW anywhere else. If you want your work done right and cost isn’t your main concern, this is definitely the place. My wife’s E39 still runs like new because Alan and his guys are very knowledgeable about these cars. Most of all, my pocketbook isn’t drained.

I been going here since 1998 when I bought my used 325. They are very reasonable and way more afforable than the dealer. Alan is the owner and he used to be the master mechanic at bmw of north houston. My 645 just ran out of warranty so I had to change my oil, brake and rotor, all for under a G. A++++++++++ service

Bimmer Workshop is the best alternative opposed to talking your car to the BMW dealership. I recently had to replace a window motor and wheel bearing and they are reasonably priced, about 100 bucks cheaper than the dealership and they treat you like a human opposed to the issues that I have had at various Houston BMW dealerships.
They pinpoint the exact problem and even show you if you want. They do not try to add anything extra but they will let you know things you should keep up on in the future.
