This has to be the worst Chick Fil A Ive ever been to, and I’ve been to a ton & am a huge CFA fan. This one is not too far from my house, and occasionally, I stop here if I’m in the area, but much prefer Wilson Rd or Wallisville/​BW8 locations. I have had a bad experience literally every single time. I really don’t know why I keep going back – I just keep thinking its a fluke. But enough is enough! I once found a piece of metal in my chicken biscuit. I was so glad I had pulled the top off and noticed it before eating it! The last several times I have gone & tried to use mobile pay, I’ve either been told they don’t do that there, or, like the other day, I’ve sat at the drive thru window for several minutes while several employees handle my phone and scramble around trying to figure out how to scan a barcode. The most recent time this happened was just last week after the new app launched & is being advertised all over the place. The employees each time are extremely unprofessional in the way they handle this situation and make me and other people wait way too long. More than once they’ve asked me for another form of payment & act like it’s weird for me to not whip out my credit card when I have perfectly good money on a CFA gift card. Last night, we were with friends in the area and we were craving something sweet. My husband and I joked that we guess we can go to this CFA, even though it’s the worst! We waited a couple minutes then pulled up to the window & first ordered an ice dream. The person said they were out, then they said nevermind, they had them. Next, we started ordering milkshakes, then were told they didn’t have that! This was around 8:30 on a Friday night! This CFA is ridiculous. So, all four of us waited in the line several minutes for one ice dream and ended up getting milkshakes elsewhere. Get it together, Chick Fil A. I have tried so many times to give this location a chance, and am disappointed literally every time I am here.

I have no clue how this location is reviewed badly by anyone!!! I go there to eat and get lunch for my kids at least 2 times a week for at least 6 years. I can honestly say my experiences are ALWAYS great. Extremely fast service, order always exactly right, very, very friendly staff. You can literally be in the drive thru with 30 cars ahead of you and be out in less than 7 minutes. Great location. Managed very well!

Every time I go to this location the food is always old and cold I have gave this location several tries and needless to say I won’t go back here anymore the staff is rude and extremely unfriendly they definitely dropped the ball with this location

This Chickfila was good, like all of them. I had a delicious salad and the service was polite and professional.
The only issue I noticed with this location is that the line to order was undefined, which led to confusion on which customers had been waiting in line the longest. I think if they set up some kind of roped off area, it would solve this issue and make for happier customers.

I’ve come to this chick fil a countless times since they have opened. And I have never had a worse experience than I did today.
First thing I noticed was a table full of workers right when you walk in the door all talking and eating.
Then when we walked up to the register to order the cashier wasn’t friendly, and when my fiancé wanted to order a 4 CT of nuggets she got all judgemental toned saying it was a kids meal. So he then regrettably changed his order.
Once we had ordered and sat down I noticed trash covered tables. We finally found a place to sit when they brought us our food we were missing my chicken strips. My fiancé went back to the counter to let them know they were missing and then waited 10 more minutes for the rest of the original order. After eating and he went to get his chicken sandwich it was wrong as well.
Finally when we were done we went to throw our trash away and the trashcan was literally overflowing and there was another table of workers sitting and talking in a new spot. Don’t think I’ll be going back for a while.

Sad, just sad. The older lady that hand delivers orders to those waiting is helpful, but this Chikfila cannot handle a brisk Saturday morning breakfast crowd. They ran out of coffee, and after carrying my cup all over the store looking for a place to fill it — the young man said he would bring it to me… he never did. My wife and I ate our meal, but never saw the cup of coffee, and won’t be going back for it any time soon.

Nice staff. Ice cream was icy. Didn’t really like it. Not sure if that’s the norm or not. I’ve gotten something like that before at McDonald’s when the machine is broken.

If your child has a peanut or nut allergy, this restaurant will Kill them. Everything is cooked in peanut oil. This place is vile.
I’d give NO stars if it would let me.

The Cobb Salads are really good and the Spicy chicken sandwich is Awesome. Their Chicken is Awesome, tasty unique recipe. Also I am obsessed with Sweet Tea maybe its a southern Texas thing so I try it everywhere and this is the best Tea in the world. I love the fresh fruit cups. Definitely grab one for desert.

I never thought I would rate a fast food restaurant but Chick-​fil-​A is usually excellent but this one usually gets every order wrong. I wish I was exaggerating. It seems to be ran by a bunch of teens that hate their job. If you need fast food in the area go to Culiver’s instead.

When we want fast food this is usually our go-​to. I never eat in as it’s always packed and I can’t stand crowds but this place runs like a well-​oiled machine so despite the long lines in the drive-​thru, you usually get your order very quickly; hot, fresh and with a smile. Despite the MANY times we’ve picked up food they’ve always gotten our order 100% right. I don’t know how they do it but they do! I wish all fast food joints did things with this level of excellence!

Ice ice baby!!! Great ice. Oh yah food. The new grilled chicken… WOW! It was good before out of this universe now. I always get the nuggets. 8 piece too little, 12 too many so I go off the menu with 10. They don’t mind at all. Nice staff. Always greet you with a smile. Free condiments!

Ate breakfast here saturday morning. clean location, respectful employees. Breakfast was hot and came out fast. Iwould recommed this location to friends.

You just cant beat this place’s customer service anywhere! 5 stars! The food is hot and fresh, flowers on the tables, floors are clean, just cant beat it!

On this very rainy Saturday, guests are being greeted by sweet staff carrying umbrella coverage from car to door! #1 Customer Service! And the famous chick fil a sandwich is always delicious!

Great Service, Friendly Staff! Food is excellent! Also very healthy menu choices, good tasting food and they have Coke Zero. Great environment for family and children. There is a playground and they always have fun events and family nights!
A must in my book!

Emalynn was my server and she went above and beyond during my visit. I traveled a great distance for business purpose and I stopped by at this Chick Fil A for lunch.
It was a hot day and I wanted to just sit somewhere quiet where I can read.
I brought a book bag with me and I had my hands full since I was holding two large drinks. She helped me open the doors so I wouldn’t drop anything.
She did something small but to me it meant a lot since I was tired and was getting ready to drive the long road home.
I greatly recommend this Chick-​Fil-​A.
Oh before I forget, she reminded me of Cow Appreciation Day — gotta love those events. You get free foods too!
I’m familiar with CFA foods and I was we’ll pleased on how my chicken deluxe was prepared. Also, the placement of the condiments on my tray was intriguing: who actually takes their time to place them in orderly fashion nowadays?

Had issues with the girl in the drive thru when placing my order and upon paying at the window continued to have issues with the same girl, Pulled over across the street and called the main line, and got ahold of James the manager on duty, I expressed my concerns with his employee and we ended up having an amazing conversation, Our convo ended up well over 15 mins, and in the end I was extremely pleased in the fact he was willing to listen and take notes on some (former restaurant managment) tips I gave him. Thanks Again James, I went to your store again last week,(almost one month post) and gave you guys another try and customer service was a A+!! I will definitely keep the bug in my ear on your offer, shall it ever arise!!!

Like the chicken sandwich, plain and dry! Tried the chocolate chip cookies and they me loopy, because they are packed with chunks of chocolate brick! Wow!
I don’t have to tell you that this food contains crack or something… they are ALWAYS packed!
Family nights at this spot if crazy, so get here at least 15 minutes with the kids, ahead of the crowd.

In my humble opinion, Chick-​Fil-​A has perfected the fried chicken sandwich. If you’ve never experienced it — it’s simple: one breast of chicken fried on a toasted buttery bun with sliced dill pickles. You are free to add condiments (mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup) after the fact but it’s served meat on bun with pickles and that’s it. Simple and done well. I always get extra pickles, but that’s my preference. You can opt for lettuce + tomato for an up-​charge but if you want to go healthier, stick with the char-​grilled chicken. It’s the same concept (chicken, bun, pickles) but with one third the fat. And if memory serves, you can get a toasted wheat bun for the sandwiches at a small charge too. I’ve never been charged for the switch but I imagine some places would charge for the switch.
They also sell a variety of salads, chicken soup, wraps, chicken strips, and my mum’s favourite their little nuggets. If it’s chicken, they’ll probably serve it in some form. No matter what you choose as your main, do not (I repeat) do NOT miss the opportunity to order their waffle fries to accompany your sandwich. These addictive things are crispy on the outside and tender inside with the skins on… so good. Grab a lemonade and you are set.
I remembered that they sell breakfast sandwiches of all variety as well. I’ve never had their breakfast sandwiches at this location have had them previously at another location. They offer the usual egg + breakfast meat on biscuit but who knew chicken-​on-​a-​biscuit would taste so good in the morning? Order one of those with their hash browns (like smashed little tater tots) and you have a breakfast! Not exactly health food first thing in the morning but again, not something to have every day.
One last note — all locations are closed on Sunday. According to founder S. Truett Cathy, «Our decision to close on Sunday was our way of honoring God and directing our attention to things more important than our business. If it took seven days to make a living with a restaurant, then we needed to be in some other line of work. Through the years, I have never wavered from that position.»
