They have NEVER gotten an order correct in the year worked next door to it! It’s not rocket science, I promise! How do you not get an order right when you repeat it, I verify it on screen, you charge me for it and yet I only get half my order or someone else’s? Wtf?!

Humble, TX
The lobby is disgusting! Not one table was clean. The floor looked like it jad not been swept in a week. The guy that took our order was an asshole. There was only three employees working. One was doing the front counter, one was doing drive threw and the third one was stocking the freezer. Whoever is «managing» this fast food restaurant is not doing a very good job. I understand that this is a fast food restaurant but I mean come on keep your dam lobby clean.
The food was good as always.

Splendora, TX
3:00 in the morning Friday night and a long line that has not moved in literally 20 minutes. Had to call them on the phone to make sure they were alive and they didn’t know people were waiting. AWESOME!!! NO… This food better be magical and unbelievably yummy.
