Appointments are pointless!!! Waiting over 1.5 hours for a tire rotation and balance. Service used to be much better. Would not recommend this location to anyone on a schedule

I paid $ 500+ dollars for new tires in December with a 45 000 mile warranty. Less than five months and 30,000 miles later the tires need replacing because the thread is completely bare and Discount Tire won’t honor their warranty.

The folks here try real hard, but the average wait time is 2 hours for even the simplest work. Between people quitting and a small inventory of tires, I recommend going next door to Pep Boys. They’re quick, helpful, and cheap. I was quoted over $ 1000 for tires at Discount, but Pep Boys countered at under $ 800. Pep Boys also found a sliver of a nail that Discount tire failed to notice.

Got my tires rotated for free in under and hour, despite the place being crazy-busy!
Discount Tire is the ONLY well known chain that will fix your flat for FREE, even if you’ve never bought a single thing from them before AND they don’t try to sell you anything after they fix it!
If you’re still with those other tire places, you need to wake up and smell the rubber!
