Mitchell was great. Very friendly, informative and professional, you can tell he knows what he’s talking about when it comes to mattresses. We purchased our mattress on a Saturday and delivery was Monday, as they promised it would be. Delivery guys were polite and professional as well. We will definitely make future mattress purchases here.

I wish I would have seen this review before I purchased! Bought a king mattress and not only was it dirty when delivered but it is 5.5 «too small. NOT a king size (and no not a California King). Was told there is some discrepancies in mattresses. Was told they would exchange only since it was dirty but refused to give my money back. The district manager was supposed to take care of it and was gonna «try» to have it delivered today but since I hadn’t heard back from him since early yesterday afternoon, I called the sales guy just now and he said the dm told him to set it up for Monday delivery. These people are terrible!

Do not buy from this store! Their policies are terrible. We were not happy with our new mattress and at unable to return after only a few days. Tried to get a different mattress that was the same price as ours but was told it would be another $ 1000 on top of what we paid for that one. Spoke to customer service and district manager and NOBODY has been any help.
Please shop somewhere else and not here!

We went to this store last Tuesday and bought a bed that would be delivered on Thursday. On Thursday morning we called to see what time the bed would be delivered and they told us the bed was out of stock and would be delivered on Monday. We asked to have our $ 25 delivery fee refunded and after an hour on hold and 3 transfers we received an «I’ll see what I can do.»
Today is Monday and we called to see what time the bed would be delivered and what do ya know… still out of stock. BUT, we could expect the bed to be delivered NEXT Monday!!!
We decided to cancel our order. At this point we don’t want these people having at part of our money. We also attempted contacting a district manager who said, «well, you’re going to get your bed at some point.»
Take my advice and RUN. Do not give these people your time, energy, and especially $$$.

I’m not impressed. I went by the store with my kids on Dec 2^nd to look at a cheap twin for my daughter’s trundle. The salesman was very unprofessional. During the course if the hour we were there he told me his sexual orientation, his work history, his former salary, and numerous other personal details about his life. I just wanted a mattress guy. :/
Also, the guy kept getting calls to the store with people asking why their mattresses had not been delivered. He would actually hang up the phone with them an tell me how he’s been getting calls all day because «customers are so impatient». Uhhh… you know I’m a customer right? Awkward…
At first he said their cheapest twin was $ 129. I knew I could get it around $ 100 so I told him I was going to keep looking. He immediately offered it to me for $ 89. I agreed (even though I hate it when people try to scam you like that) because it was late and I wanted to get my kids home.
I guess his computer was broken so he used his cell to call another location and put me on his cell with the sales woman there to complete the sale. She said the lowest they could sell those mattresses for was $ 99. I just agreed to the extra $ 10 to get the thing over with. She said the mattress would be delivered to the store on the 4^th.
Yesterday was the 7^th and I finally called after not hearing anything. The guy told me they were sold out of those because they had them on sale for $ 79 but it should be available for pickup today. Great…
