Cold Stone Creamery

I went here a few days ago for my first time and I loved it. I had the founders favorite and it was amazing. I’m definitely a fan and I will return to try out some different flavors. The staff was friendly and the place was clean.

Waited in line for probably ten minutes with my boyfriend a few minutes ago trying to get ice cream. Not only were we not acknowledged the entire time we were in line, they staff then proceeded to skip my boyfriend and I twice to start customers behind us on their orders. We left and went to Culvers. Absolutely will not be back and definitely do not recommend.

I’m not a big fan of ice cream myself but the place is really nice. I had a cup of dark chocolate ice cream mixed with strawberries and it was delicious.

This franchise is not located at this location. Had to drive further down the road to next location.

Just went to this Cold Stone for the first time, first off i wanna acknowledge the fact that on their website and on google it says there open til 10pm so when i got there at 845 i had no idea they closed at 9. when i placed my order the employees, well the female employee seemed to be disgrunted as i paid i tipped a $ 1 which i soon found regrettable… after i paid i went to a table and all the chairs were on the tables which i understand their getting ready to close I just wanted to sit down and wait for my order so i put two tables down for me and my fiancée. the female employee immediately scorned me and said we close in 10 min put the chairs back please! Lady I had every intention on putting the chairs back up when my order was ready, and even if i did not its nothing for you or the other empolyee to throw them back up vs saying anything rudely to me. Im a grown man who works way harder than you do. It was completely uncalled for but thats not the worse part my funnel cake was stale and not even warm… Why not look into getting the website updated so people dont show up at closing! I mean The Internet is a pretty popular resource these days. Never going back.

I went to this place again on 8÷4÷15 at 6:48 p.m., and was sadly disappointed due to the fraudulent activity on my credit card. Regardless if you don’t want to tip or decide to tip by cash, I recommend you never ever leave the «tip» and «total» lines blank on your receipt at this place. I’ve never had a problem before, but here the workers may fill in their own tip amount. They did this on my credit card. Sad.

Stopped in for some freezer treats. Ended up with a pint and sampler pack of the cupcakes. The cupcakes were freezer burnt… bad. We ended up throwing them out.

The icecreams and their brownie ala mode was absolutely awesome! The staff is extremely nice! Love this place — big yes for going there again!

The ice cream is always delicious, however… the apples are wow! They are neatly showcased and have a nice variety of different flavors. So far my favorite has been the Rocky road.

The blonde girl who works there comes to the door as we are locked outside cold stone at 8:55 and the open sign is still on and she comes from around the desk to the door and shuts off the open sign and doesn’t even open to say anything like sorry we are closed. This happened June 12 before closing at 9. What’s the closing 5 minutes before 9 policy, can’t let people in only out 5 minutes before closing?

I came before closing time, and they were already closed before the closing time. I was with my friend, only 2 of us, and they were serving 5 other people inside, but didn’t even open the door to serve 2 more people. Then the owner, or icecream server, pointed to the door. We thought that she was gonna come and open the door, but she walked right up to the door that we were knocking on, looked at us, and all she did was turn off the «OPEN» lit-​up sign that was on when we got there. Worst customer service ever.

Hard to beat one of Coldstones creations. Turns out my kids are ice cream snobs after all. They turned up their noses at a sundae from mcdonalds and begged me to drive 20 miles to coldstone… My only complaint is they dont have a kids menu. Other than that… Our mint mint chocolate chip with a waffle cone was perfect!

My husband ordered a cake on line for my birthday. When we went to go pick it up, they never made the cake. Talking to the lady was like talking to a wall. She was not helpful, didn’t even seem to care that they messed up and offered nothing to try and help us or make us feel better. When I asked her if things like this happen all the time and she said yes! So than I asked her if we should just never order anything online again, and again she said yes!!! It was unbelievable! She gave me the managers phone number to call, which we did, he still has yet to call is. Never had such horrible a horrible customer service experience. The place was cleaned and of course anything you get there is good, but I would not recommend ordering anything online.
