Colby Jack burger is literally the best burger I have ever eaten in my life! Custard mixers are so good, just like Dairy Queen in that u can turn upside down & nice & solid Onion rings also on point. Only place around for solid drive thru food in the area

The rundown: sooooo good, gotta try the chicken strips, and they have frozen custard. FROZENCUSTARD! I never heard of Culver’s until I moved to Humble. Now, it has my heart. Seriously, the chicken strips are off the chain(ok, pretend I didn’t just say that, but that seemed like the only appropriate description). Burgers are pretty darn good. They have Concrete Mixers that are like DQ Blizzards, but imagine instead of thin, flavorless frozen yogurt, it’s made with thick, creamy frozen custard(which you can buy by the pint, BTW). The downsides? It’s a bit more expensive, but not outrageous, probably on par with Whataburger. Also, it takes longer than your average fast food joint(but not as long as Taco Cabana… What is up with that place?) And, instead of waiting in the car line forever, like Whataburger, they shuffle you through the line, put a number tag on your car, and have you pull forward, where they bring your food out to you.

I’m not a big fan of their food, although I know many like it. However, I do like their custard(it’s not ice cream) with different mix-ins. The customer service is usually good and friendly.

If you’re ever hungry in the Atascocita area, do check this place out! The double bacon burger and chocolate shakes are better here than in any fast food joint around. I love bringing people here for their first time and no one has ever been disappointed. Definitely a fan of this franchise.

Worst culvers in the greater Houston area. They are ALWAYS behind on the drive thru; driving up and waiting for your order is a norm. You will see the unfortunate employees belatedly running this mediocrity back & forth whenever you drive down timber forest. This makes for consistently melted custard and cold burgers & fries. Never had this problem when I lived in spring and went to the one in the woodlands. Sad, it’s been this way since they opened

I finally made it by a Culver’s as they are becoming increasingly popular in the south… and now have 4 in the Houston area. They’re a relatively new midwestern chain of restaurants with over 500 locations that started in 1984. Its a pretty decent spot for concretes or one of the other desserts they offer. It’s similar to a Dairy Queen or even a Braun’s. I stopped in just to try their root beer(because I heard a couple years ago that made their own) and a concrete. I selected a create your own with snickers and brownie bits. 2 toppings are included for the price, and the caveat is if you select any nut as a topping, they will charge you $ 1 more. Kind of crazy, but it’s true. Look for the flavor of the day, since you sometimes get more than just 2 toppings for the same prices as a create your own. I also sampled Culver’s very own root beer. It is dispensible from the soda fountain and they don’t serve it in bottles or mugs or anything like that. The best way to describe it is that it’s very sweet, uses cane sugar and tastes similar to those root beer flavored hard candy you may have eaten growing up as a kid.

I’ve only been here once and I’m in love. The device was amazing, crowded but lines move up super fast, wait is about 5 – 10 minutes including the line and cooking. I was amazed at everything, it was super clean and organized, workers are so friendly, and it’s just amazing. It’s definitely a family friendly place. I am definitely going to Culver’s again, it would be a crime not to.

Good burgers if they can get your order right. We have been several times and everytime we get home we figure out they made a mistake on our order. CHECKYOURFOODBEFOREYOULEAVE

There are lots of choices and the burgers are always good here. I usually get a free dish of custard by doing the review from the receipt and it’s good to have a free dessert with the meal. The staff are friendly and the newly renovated restaurant is clean.

The burgers are very tasty and the frozen custard is thick, rich and creamy. I did not like the fries very much they where traditional crinkle style. The waffle cone batter was kind of thick and ok but not great. Their service is excellent and friendly. I did not have to wait very long for my food it came very fast and was hot and fresh. They have a very large menu.

Everything is usually on point here but for some reason today they just didn’t listen. We ordered 2 combo butter burgers with bacon and asked for mayo(I HATE mustard). To my surprise we had mustard all over the place. Ruined my burger, definitely going to check my bag next time before leaving. Maybe they were not paying attention because of the Texans loss, I was bummed too.

The staff is very upbeat and friendly. I was greeted with a few«hellos», very nice way to be greeted coming through the door. I had the shrimp basket and I thought it was very good.

Packed. With kids that is. Seriously not even a free parking space here. Had a fish burger and a hamburger … both were pretty tasty. Then I tried a turtle sundae and what looked like a DQ blizzard. Again both were tasty. Why did I order so much? This is what BOGO coupons will do to you.

I’m giving this Culvers a 5 star because for fast food, they were top notch. I told the lady at the register it was my first time to eat there and she explained their philosophy of never frozen patties, butter buns, and different custard flavors of the day. She gave me a menu to take home and was very kind. The grilled chicken sandwhich with no butter on my bun was so tastey, unlike thin tasteless grilled chicken at other chains. The custard that came with the kids meal was a decent size and they let te kids sexy a topping. The crinkle fries were delicious and they had Diet Dr. pepper! :)

Holy Science!!! This place is great! The customer service is always awesome and fast. The burgers are a revelation! Typically when I look at a menu and see something with shaved prime rib between two pieces of bread or some persuasion of a Reuben, it’s an easy decision; I get the shaved prime rib or the Reuben… I haven’t even tried them here yet, the burgers are that ridiculous. But I can safely say I drive the The 10 minutes it takes me to get here(Past many other fast food establishments) just as many times to get the triple scoop turtle Sunday, composed of their delectable frozen custard, as I do the«burgers». …if that’s any testament to its quality – Happy Unilocaling

I’ve passed this place so many times on my way to the gym I’ve lost count! It always beckoned my curiosity to stop by one day and see what draws the masses to this establishment. Thanks to their eclub’s free sundae offer, I had the perfect opportunity to check it out. Entering the establishment, you are welcomed with a big splash of bright colors and smiling faces. The young lady who took my order had a smile plastered on her face from the time she said hello until she finished placing my order(they must have good dental coverage at Culver’s for all that smiling)! Anywho, to redeem my free bday sundae, I had to show my id. No biggie. I was able to order the turtle sundae which includes Culver’s creamy ice cream, caramel, chocolate sauce, and fresh pecans with a cherry on top. Decant yes! Delicious oh yeah!!! While I was waiting for my order, I previewed some menus and prices. A little on the pricey side for typical fast food, but something tells me that people don’t just come here for the food – the service seemed friendly, streamlined to efficiently serve their patrons. They have some value meals as well that feature some of their favs in a smaller size that come with fries and a drink around $ 5. I’m definitely coming back to taste the food one day soon. Then, I’ll reevaluate the rating for 5 stars.

I am a fan of the magically delicious culinary delight called the«burger.» Since we don’t have many of these in the greater Houston area, I was not familiar with Culver’s until recently. Unfortunately, I have not yet had time to make it to Culver’s to try a burger. I am very excited to though. In the meantime, I did make it to Culver’s for a custard. It was outstanding. The«Flavor of the Day» was toffee pecan. The toffee custard was a mouth-watering, firm, freezing cold and juicy mild-toffee flavor. It was mild enough that it almost tasted like a mix of toffee and Mexican vanilla. Within that custard, was a blend of pecans. But here’s the beautiful part — the pecans were both crushed *and* whole. Brilliant. Two very different pecan textures in the same cup of custard. On Culvers’ website, you can view their upcoming«Flavors of the Day,» and plan your next two months accordingly. Amazing. I will definitely be back for a burger, and will update my review. For now though, Culver’s is off to a fabulous start in my book.
